"Everything is good The jet tub was awesome I don't like that they don't have smart tv"

"This was an ideal location for our activities. Across the street from Fallsview Casino, easy walk to the Falls, walking distance to Clifton Hills. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A couple of items to improve on would be cleanliness of curtains - the rest of the room was clean; remote for the tv was a bit finicky, perhaps batteries needed to be replaced."

"I reserved 4 rooms for our grown kids and the grandkids, we were provided an early check in on one of our rooms so we could unload our vehicles and get ready for the Waterpark. We were granted late check out for our rooms that allowed us to enjoy the Waterpark on the day of check out. All the staff we encountered was excellent. Thank you "

"What a lovely hotel. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a Juliet balcony Fallsview room on the 17th fall. The view off the falls was amazing. We stayed the week before Christmas and everything was very festive. Lovely clean hotel. Looks recently renovated. Room was very big and warm with sofa and fireplace. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel has a Starbucks, hard rock and handy gift shop. Really close to everything. And right next to Clifton hill. We used the undercover car park which was really handy and reasonable in price."

"Everything was great, pool and pool area did get dirty. Area could have used better cleaning there were lots of used bandaids and stuff floating ij the pool. Food was excellent in the pool bar but alot of the machines in the arcade were out of order. Security was great at controlling the kids that were loud in the hallways at night. "

"They must have a water dispenser to fill personal water bottles or can give complementary water bottles. May be I am asking too much "
