"Very peaceful and quiet location yet close enough to drop into Lake George and enjoy all of the activities it has to offer. The cabin was stocked with all of the basics that we needed. "If you are looking for a nice, quiet place in the Adirondacks look no further. The cabin was well appointed as well as extremely clean. Our family of 4 plus our dog felt right at home as soon as we settled in to the cabin. Communication with the owners was great and they offered excellent restaurant recommendations. "We had a good mix of downhill skiers, cross country skiers and snowshoers staying for the weekend. There are MANY options for all those winter activities nearby. You can pretty much cross country ski right out the front door, go the end of the driveway and then ski along the Hudson River.The house was very comfortable, cozy, clean and welcoming. "Comfy master bed. Plenty of hot water. Views from the dock across the street were relaxing. 2 different living spaces in the house. Easy to communicate with the owner. No dishwasher. There is a fire pit and a deck with an outdoor grill (didn’t get a chance to use either even though we bought camp wood). Location for purpose of our leaf peeping trip was ok. "Very cool cabin, it has all the amenities but still feels cozy & rustic. Host was super. Beautiful area with picturesque mountain lakes, separated from the crowds of Lake George without feeling inconvenient. Some folks (especially ones like us with a younger kid) may want to consider that although the cabin is essentially “on the water” there is no way to walk alongside it on this property. We had booked the cabin for a weekend wedding that was taking place in Lake George… The cabin was clean and the host was very responsive.. it was the just perfect "

"Everything was exactly as advertised and presented . Very clean home , with everything you need . Quick ride to anything you need as well as the town of Lake George . The river is extremely pretty for views and walking by. There’s a cute park right down the road too . Would definitely go back , thank you !"
