Relax on the deck overlooking the dock with your favorite beverage. Enjoy the ambience and the eclectic atmosphere of this laid back island getaway. You would never know that you are in the heart of the village. Across the street is the culinary delight, The Blacktail Restaurant and 200 metres from there and above Howler's Liquor store is The Village Hearth, a fabulous gathering spot for breakfast, lunch and happy hour. Included in the same building is the Ocean View Pub and Grill. The best and only pub in town! It doesn't get better than this!! All amenities with-in walking distance!

This was a great place, in a great location. There aren’t too many options in Haida Gwaii and especially not many are pet friendly. This property gave us everything we were looking for on such a remote island. Comfortable, peaceful and quiet, across the street from one of the few and best restaurants on the island. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Marina view retreat!
We had everything we could have asked for and more at this spacious and artistically appointed studio. Cindy was a great communicator and had food items to get us started on our wonderful visit to Haida Gwaii. The deck was a feature and we were pleasantly surprised with how walkable Daajing Giids is.

Every little detail of the property was great. From the artistic decor, great outdoor patio, very spacious, great location, and the few additions of groceries was a very nice touch. The only minor issue was a small shower. We absolutely loved our visit to Haida Gwaii.

Great place to stay
We had a wonderful stay at Dockside Daajing Giids. The location was perfect - very close to where the Haida Style boat tours leave from, and across the street from delicious eats at Blacktail Restaurant. Everything in the suite was as described in the posting. It's a spacious and comfortable set up, with a full kitchen and ample space for meals and a lovely deck for outdoor seating. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Right in the centre of everything. The apartment is newly renovated and well done. Kitchen had everything we needed for any meal. Comfortable bed. Great view from the deck. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous view!
We loved spending the evenings on the deck looking over the harbor and islands. This has to be one of the best views in Daajing Giids. Cindy was friendly and helpful and provided thoightful treats.

We had a lovely stay at this funky and fun property. It lived up to its promise with a full kitchen, sitting area and several tables to eat or work at including one on the deck with a view of the marina. The location is great as everything is across the street. The hosts were attentive, friendly and had thought of everything we need. We are grateful we had such a great place to stay.

A little gem in Daajing Giids
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is great - close to everything especially Blacktail Restaurant - a must for anyone visiting Daajing Giids. Apartment is spacious, very clean and perfectly decorated. All the amenities made it feel like you were right at home. Communication with Cindy was excellent and the added little extras made us all feel so welcomed (eggs, grapes, wine, fresh picked strawberries, and dog treats). If you are looking for a place to relax and take in the beauty of Haida Gwaii, this is it! Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and Tasteful!
This property is very spacious for up to 4 people and is so tastefully decorated. The beds are new and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are tons of towels and extra blankets. There isn’t a more central location in Queen Charlotte but it was also very quiet. View from the window/deck is terrific. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable!
