"Lovely place to stay as a central base in Dorset, clean and well-appointed with clear instructions for optimum use of the cottage and area. Granted we stayed in February but I'd take some slippers next time as the floor is cold but the water was hot, shower was great and bed was very comfy. "I booked the cottage for family members visiting over Christmas and was delighted w my choice. The house itself is beautifully appointed and has been sympathetically extended. It was a pleasure to welcome my travel weary relatives into such a warm and restful space. Everything went smoothly from the minute I contacted the host through the cpl of amendments made and then the key pickup. I would definitely recommend this cottage and hosts to anyone visiting the town."

"The property is in a stunning location and is well maintained. However there was a lot of dust behind the TV and you know the places that are harder to access so it could do with a deep clean. In addition the number of plates cups sources provided his only enough for one per person which means that we had to wash up or put the dishwasher on and wait for this to finish before our next meal. This was limiting in what we could do in the kitchen and limited our days options."

"The cottage has all the facilities you might need, and the Welcome Box of goodies was a nice touch. The heating came on morning and evening and warmed the cottage very well. We didn't need to use the log fire. The Spar shop, located a minute's walk away, was very useful. I can recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking about a holiday to short break in Dorset. "
