My only issue was the electricity went out all day on New Year’s Eve and there was no generator or back up solars as per locals it’s a common problem in the island since Hurricane Maria. That was the only day that was a bit harsh for us, we ended up staying at family’s house that day because they had solars to accommodate for when the electricity goes. "The property is located in a perfect location walking distance from the beach. It was very clean. It’s close to Jobos beach and all the restaurants. We went for a couples trip and had a really great time.My only recommendation is would be great to have beach chairs. "
