Great location if you plan on visiting E47, which is right across the road. Hotel doesn’t have any provisions for bike storage though, so plan to keep it locked in the parking lot overnight. Rooms were older, but clean. The old AC unit in my room was extremely loud! Every time it cycled on, it would constantly wake me during the night. It’s also time to upgrade the tv’s, and drop the basic cable packages. Smart tv’s with internet access should be the standard now, to allow streaming or wireless connection with phones or laptops.

On the surface, this resort is lovely. The grounds are green and spacious and there are many amenities, including an indoor and outdoor pool, multiple hot tubs, access to a lake and so forth. There is no accessibility for people with disabilities, which is terrible. Everything is accessible only via stairs, which was a challenge for me. I do not have a mobility device, but I do have a disability. Whenever I asked the staff for anything (towels, coffee pods, etc.), they acted like I was inconveniencing them. For example, when I asked about towels, the concierge responded rudely, saying that our stay was too short for service to the room. I said I wasn't asking for the room to be cleaned; I was asking for towels. She made a whole show of calling people, but when we returned from our day, there were still no towels. My husband and I had to resort to scrounging unattended maid carts for items that should be replenished as part of our stay. Other issues included the air conditioner turning off randomly, making the room extremely hot. The window opened to a busy, noisy road, so that was not an option. The sink was clogged. The handle on the shower kept falling off. Plus, the amenities that seem so lovely on the surface, were a bit gross. The outdoor pool had birds swimming in it, and the hot tubs were filled with dead insects. Overall, I was unimpressed with the Manoir. For a place that is a four-star resort, it is mid, at best.

Peaceful place, great property with lake access. Guests have a free 1 hour water sport to enjoy at the lake. Access to pools is a plus, indoor, outdoor, jacuzzi, hot tub and saunas Breakfast is $23 per person, buffet style, better on weekends (less options on weekdays, same price). Micro brasserie La Souche very close with a great variety of beers brewed at place and delicious food.

We enjoyed our stay at the Manoir Lac Delage. The hot tub and cold plunge and sauna was a bonus. The restaurant served excellent food. No complaints. Will come back again!

We recently stayed with our family and had a great time. The property has many amenities that suited our family's needs, with lots of out door space-- exactly what I was looking for, for our two young children. Our room was clean upon arrival, a dated bathroom with no ventilation made it feel dirty real quick. Our room had no A/C. There was lots of dishes and leftover room service left in the hall that was not picked up after many hours. We asked housekeeping for new bedding and towels that never came, that was disappointing.

On a passé un super week-end dans cet hôtel ! L'endroit est vraiment confortable et joli. Le personnel à la réception est super sympa et drôle, ils nous ont mis de bonne humeur dès notre arrivée. Il y a quand même eu quelques petits trucs qui nous ont moins plu. On a vu des toiles d'araignée sur les bancs à l'extérieur. Et au spa, la personne qui devait nous donner des serviettes n'était pas là, donc on a dû retourner dans notre chambre pour en prendre. À part ça, la nourriture au restaurant est super bonne, et on a été agréablement surpris de découvrir qu'une heure de kayak était incluse dans le prix de la chambre. Le terrain n'est pas énorme, mais l'endroit est vraiment sympa. Parfait pour une petite escapade de 2 jours, je recommande !

Itsss my 3rd visit . First two were very good and thats why this time i reserved 4 rooms for 2 nights since i brought friends with me . I did the reservation 2 month earlier . 1 week before i got there , i called twice and asked for few thongs to confirm , and the staff assured me that everything will be as requested. The day i arrived everything ws wrong ,starting the reservation ith wrong floor and rooms and i had to fight for it . 2 rooms were not cleaned well and smelly . Whenever you ask for something , the answer will be ( we don't have Enough staff ), and ended with a fight with house keeping manager who was very rude . Unfortunately, even the lady manager didn't help also . One thing for sure , i can't risk to invite anyone there again , not to mention spending a a great amount of money with no professional service to attend. I like the property and the view there a lot , but this time it was a trip to forget . It seems they don't care ..Too bad ..

The surrounding area is really nice, in front of a beautiful lake, near bike trails in a quiet area surrounded by nature. Our room (superior king) was renovated and spacious and we liked it but the bathroom was outdated and small. In general, the hotel needs some upgrades, standard rooms are old, it needs new carpets, etc and some shades around the pool (no sunshades!) would be great., Also, some trees in the area around the lake would make it much more agreable, mainly in hot days. The staff could smile for the clients and a gameroom for rainy days would be a nice touch. The hotel has great potential with a little bit of attention.
