It was average at best for the price. Sink clogged all weekend, tv not working well, difficult to access penthouse. There are many more far better accommodations with the wow factor for far cheaper. We were upgraded which was a nice surprise, but were charged far too much for this supposed upgrade. On a positive the staff were wonderful.

We stayed in the suite, and it was such a spacious, comfortable, quiet room with a historic feel. Every single staff person was extremely friendly. Location can't be beat - walk out the door to the historic city walls and only blocks to old town restaurants and shops - or has just outside the walls to events and transit at Place Youville. All rooms here are unique. The staff is all polite and helpful. The common area of the hotel is lovely and comfortable. Breakfast and coffee is served there. This hotel is located on the border street of the old town so easy access to cabs and parking, but still a very short walk to all the great restaurants and attractions inside the walls. Highly recommended.

I haven't enough praise and love for the people and the facilities. We stayed here a year ago, again this year, and look forward to coming back. This is a most friendly and personal small hotel, with a staff the is caring and ready to make your stay the best. A special shout out to Soa, who is one of those people the world needs a million of. That is not to say that anyone else is any less friendly. Located within walking distance from all the sights, shops and restaurants. The continental breakfast is an art piece that is lovely to behold. A gem of a find to say the least!
