From April to November, enjoy the magnificent cruise ships that call at the Port of Québec.

Sumptuous individual and comfortable bedrooms with, for the most part, a complete adjoining bathroom with shower and bath. This property totally exceeded our expectations! it was amazing, Pierre was lovely throughout our visit. Location couldn't be beat, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children to lounge and hang out. We will be staying here again!

This property unit has a huge living space and thoughtful amenities…with a great location direct access to boat tours and all of “lower” Quebec City. We just love this part of the world with beautiful scenery & history.

A gem in Old Quebec

Girl's weekend/ Winter Carnaval
This property was absolutely perfect for our girl's weekend. We were 5 adults and the accommodations were excellent. We were greeted by one of our hosts Pierre who took the time to show us the Cartier suite. The view of the river was such a lovely way wake up and to relax to at night. The property is in walking distance to all that Quebec has to offer! We can't wait to come back!

Perfect Apartment for a Family!
We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Dalhousie with our two college-age kids. The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious and had a beautiful view of the river. The location was perfect for exploring the city and had plenty of restaurants within a short walk. The building also has an amazing rooftop terrace with an incredible 360-degree view. If we ever make it back to Quebec City we would definitely stay here again!

The Dalhousie Cartier stay was great, verything was as promised!
Wonderful stay, everything was as listed, great views, location, very secure. My only complaint, were the pillows. need to upgrade them. But a truly wonderful place.

Fabulous stay in Le Cartier apartment in the Royal Dalhousie. Warm welcome by Pierre and Greg. It was a pleasure to meet you both. The apartment is huge and very comfortable. Great location with the waterfront, Old Port and Place Royal neighbourhoods within a few minutes walk. Highly recommended!

Great condo on the river
The condo was beautiful and well appointed. We were surprised when a huge cruise ship docked right in front of us totally blocking our view of the river. After it left, two more smaller ships tied up. On site parking was a plus. One improvement would be to add grab bars to the main bathroom. But we definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Short visit on way to the Gaspe Coast

Spectacular Fireworks
The day we arrived there were spectacular fireworks over the St. Laurence River. This is the Grands Feux Loto held Tuesdays and Thursdays in August. As part of our condo rental we were able to watch the fireworks from the rooftop. They were fantastic, being shot off from a barge right in front of us. The condo itself was everything we had hoped for. Very clean and just as the pictures for the Le Royal Dalhousie shows on their website.

Cannot imagine a better stay in old Quebec City
Two couples stayed 4 nights at this fantastic flat. The location is amazing and having onsite parking is such a bonus. We were greeted on time, with a warm welcome and a thorough tour of the property. The welcome book was simple and informative. The unit is exactly as pictured. It was fantastic to hang in the large living room with very comfortable furniture when we weren't out and about. We actually loved having the cruise ships directly across the street - and still had plenty of water view off to the right. It was so interesting to watch. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms well appointed. We used the washing machine once and all was good. We highly recommend a stay here!

This is the place to stay
This is the place to stay in downtown Quebec. Great location walking distance to all of the amenities Old Quebec has to offer. 6 min walk to Chateau Frontenac ( up hill) This place is bright with beautiful big windows. Comfortable beds. Very clean and don’t forget the terrace up top. The only hardship of this place was the air conditioning wasn’t working and it was over 30 degrees outside . It was fixed the next day after talking to Ed. Ed was very helpful and friendly. We’ll be back .
