Were it not for the sizable deck, this would have been a much less desirable stay. After all, true luxury is space, not new tile, for although this little apartment has nice, high ceilings, fresh paint and furnishings, and new tile in the bathrooms, sitting on the spacious deck was what provided a sense of ease. (The easy-to-use sauna located on the deck was very pleasant, too.)
It is located about 200 meters from the heart of old town, so it was insulated from all the hubbub of the shops and restaurants, but still within easy walking distance. And we were pleased that even though Old Quebec City was inundated with tourists, it's standards of food and goods remain high and a pleasure to explore.
