Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent and very clean. While there was some construction happening at the property during our one-night stay it didn't disrupt things and there was no issue with noise. We had to take our breakfast to our room to eat but that wasn't really a problem.

The hotel is fairly modern, must be recently renovated. The staff is beyond kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious and, my family loved the breakfast. The only things that I would mention on the less positive side is that the gym and the pool are on the smaller side and, the gym equipment could be updated. But, those are minor issues.

Stayed her while travelling to from family over Christmas. Friendly check in. Very clean and updated room. Huge bathroom, but note the hot water in the shower takes a few minutes to warm up, but great temperature once it gets there. Pet friendly and $25/per pet, per stay. Small gym, limited equipment, but good for a quick work out to keep you on track. Great breakfast selection. Easy on and off the highway. Close to Tim Hortons, Starbucks and gas. Already booked a second night for our return trip.

Unfortunately upon our arrival there was a water main break which we didnt have access to water. Staff provided water bottles and were super friendly. Water came back but then there was a water advisory for 72 hours so our entire stay we had to use water bottles to brush our teeth or consume, cappucino and kids drink machines were out of order as well.

It’s a great place to stay and the staff was great! Unfortunately I think we had the hardest and noisiest bed in the hotel. The mattress was so very hard and the frame squeaked everytime you moved, even just getting in and out of bed.

Very nice room. Clean and new. Well equipped with microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Real mugs and glasses were appreciated. 24/7 free coffee options in lobby. Breakfast was usual hotel fare. We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice. Very convenient to both the highway and the Levis ferry. Our only suggestion would be to have a corkscrew available to let guests borrow at the front desk. I was a bit surprised to be told I could buy one for almost as much as my bottle of wine was worth!

Even though the front desk staff helped connect the cell phone, the overall room experience was disappointing. It took about 1/2 hour before the iPad connected (I used my cell ohine as a hotspot till connected) and the tv streaming kept buffering and temprarily freezing. Needless to say, my husband was not impressed while trying to watch Game 5 of the World Series. Was it just the room connection or the overall wifi system? Fix wifi and, yes, I will return.
