Perfect location! Visited Quebec City for the Christmas market and La Maison Kent was right in the center of everything. The building was also very cool, easy check in and the room was great. I would definitely recommend!

Perfect location. Only problem is the lack of parking around. Everything around was full when we got there, and we had to park fairly far away. Other hotels have reserved parking in public garages nearby.

Weekend getaway with my wife in one of our favourite cities. Absolutely loved the loft! Everything was perfect. Cool vibe, roomy, perfect location, spotless, and admittedly the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Have already booked my next stay.

Called a head of time about parking my suv with a ski box. I’ve been to this area before and parking is almost impossible . They said there is no issue and provided three parking options. When I arrived all there could not accommodate a large suv I drove around for over an hour and found no parking so in the end had to purchase a room at the Hilton . The hotel took no responsibility for what they told me and no refund for either of the 2 nights I had booked. They could have at least gave back the 2nd night I’m giving it 1 because I was proactive to ensure I wouldn’t have this issue booking there and they provided misleading information and zero accountability was taken. I would never book with their company again .
