Good walking distance from La Petite Champlain and other attractions within the walls of Old Quebec. I liked the service, they have nice accommodating staff and the room was clean. Although, the parking was a little far from the property but as expected since parking within the walls of the city has always been a hassle. Overall it was a nice hotel and affordable in my opinion.

This hotel is located steps away from all of the key historical sites in Old Quebec. We really enjoyed being able to walk around the area and always felt safe. It is an old building so we were prepared for the impact that that has on the room configuration, etc. One thing we did not like was the bathtub did not drain properly. This is not an "old building" issue, it is an issue of maintenance ... the drain just needs to be properly cleaned out. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and it was quiet. Really enjoyed our stay in Old Quebec and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We weren’t keen on the self check in, it was a bit confusing for us. So many stairs 37, to the floor we were on and no daily bed making service, however the suite was wonderful, extremely clean and met our needs.

Electronic check in seemed ok and we used the door code ok. Our card key envelope was brought to us by a young man who clearly was not used to dealing with people. Our room was actually in another building opposite and we never did find the number and the entrance was under scaffolding. Unnerving! Inside, the building which is classical and beautiful had been beautifully renovated and was gorgeous but we … and another couple we met, would have preferred a human being present in the building or opposite at the original address. Especially when the person we did meet was so clueless and in professional. Did not inspire confidence

This hotel is hostel-like, in that there is no staff on site, and admission is by code on a locked door. It's an old building, which shows in its exterior shabbiness, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the quiet, and the neighborhood's "normalcy" (not always found in tourist hotspots).

The Jazz Club was a plus. We went to the 5:30 performance two nights and the 8:30 performance one night. We could hear music in our room, but it quit around 11

Close to most tourist sites. Minimal service, though instructions were easy to follow. My room had a broken coffee machine, a bathroom door that didn’t close, and a few other small issues. Bed was very comfortable, though, and WiFi was excellent. Overall, it was good for the reasonable cost, considering the location.

Very small but nice. Poor lighting over sink. High ceilings. Very quiet house. Best location for walking everywhere. NO parking facility at hotel. Found Parking 1 block away at City Hall for cheap.

This is a small, charming, affordable boutique type hotel. We booked a regular room and just prior to arrival we received a text upgrading us to a multi-room junior suite because of maintenance issue. This room was VERY spacious and elegantly decorated. Very centrally located in Old Quebec City within walking distance of everything. After arrival, we left a voicemail with a couple of questions and promptly received a response. Highly recommended!

The hotel was in the middle of old Quebec , it was walkable for all main areas The family room we took we sooo big and beds are comfortable The bathroom is so old but functional

There is no face to face contact with anyone. I was there for three nights, shower backed up, the TV didn't work, the air conditioner squealed the whole night and the ice machine was broken. The # I called sent someone to fix the TV...he knew less than me and threw up his hands saying it was broken. No communication back about these problems. I had previously stated at their sister Hotel, enjoyably...it's undergoing renovation now. Never again!
