Please take note of 7 important things before renting our condo :
1) Our travelers are delighted to stay in the restaurant area of St. Joseph Street, which is one of the most popular. Our condo is located 30 minutes walk from the Chateau Frontenac, 25 minutes from Old Quebec and Parliament.
2) The condo is part of a condominium property so NO party or excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet hours should be respected between 11 PM-7 AM.
3) The soundproofing of the condo is classified SUPERIOR, however it must be considered that it is located in the heart of the City so it moves, you could hear the sounds of the city sometimes.
4) As the owner, we ensure that the rented property holds a classification certificate issued by the Corporation of the tourism industry of Quebec in accordance with Law 67 on tourist accommodation establishments and still in force.
Classification certificate: 309007.
5) The kitchen is stocked with all kitchen supplies you may need to prepare your favorite meal.

6) The rooftop terrace is accessible for everyone between 8 AM and 9 PM. Starting November, the access to the rooftop terrace will be closed for the winter time. It will be reopened in spring.
7) Please note that studded tires are forbidden in our garage. The high of the underground garage is 6.6 feet or 1.83 meters.
