"The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s Villa. The villa is super clean and modern, with everything within a 3 minute drive away. Pool was heated for us and the hot tub an added bonus. Beds were comfy and the showers were great. Amazing BBQ which heated up quickly. Absolutely perfect week away! "

Marble surface in the kitchen was cracked and we were told no to use it, so didn’t have a functioning kitchen for the visit. Only bedding was a thin blanket or a stained duvet without a cover so had to but our own bedding on arrival. "We had a fantastic time at the property, the location was perfect for us, 20mins to the motorway and Faro but so quite. Access track to the house really wasn't a problem,we had a VW Polo and managed no problem at all, the house was in great decorative order and had everything that we needed, the pool was crystal clear and warm.Thank you Nicolas for letting us stay in your lovely holiday home."

Well located close to the tennis club within a 30 min walks of Julia’s and the other beach side restaurants and the Praça.
