"Var ikke det sted vi bestilte. Adressen vi kørte efter var en bygning under renovering. Fik fat i udlejer, der oplyste en ny adresse. Der fik vi en lejlighed, der ikke lignede det, som var annonceret. Der var et soveværelse med dobbeltseng og et soveværelse med to enkeltsenge, hvoraf den ene stod klods op af et skab. Hverken stue eller køkken svarede til det annoncerede. "

"It was very well located and the bus passed just in front of the hotel. It was a short walking distance from the Ciudad de las Artes, just a block away. And there was a shopping center with huge supermarket two blocks from the hotel. "

"Our group of seven all loved this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Hotel facilities were great. Service was outstanding. The GM and staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lots of choice at breakfast and we enjoyed drinks and food in the hotel. Definitely recommend. Excellent value. "

"Staff were lovely, breakfast great. Only downside was the pool bar was not open which made it hard to get drinks or food. Should have a more casual option for food during the day other than the formal restaurant, but overall we had a wonderful stay!"

"We felt welcomed from the moment we stepped through the door. Check in was fast and efficient. Our room was clean, neatly decorated and comfortable. The region around the hotel was close to Arts and Sciences center and unique architecture. Plenty of various food options including the Thai place in the aqua mall. We were surprised as most mall food is mostly chain. It was easy to get around. Breakfast buffet offered hot stuff, cold board, fruit and pastries. Would stay here again."
