The house is spread over 2 floors.
The kitchen, spacious and bright with sea views and French doors leading to the garden, it is equipped with freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas stove 4, Italian and German coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans.
Living room dining room. sofa bed, extendable table and chairs, color TV satellite, DVD player two large French windows cha access to the terraces.
Conditioned air. The sea view is lovely.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet, hair dryer.
The external terraces are on three sides with access to the panoramic garden.
Brick barbecue.
To the terrace overlooking the dining room is covered with a table and six chairs.

Superbe logement très bien équipé et situé. Vue magnifique et coucher de soleil époustouflant. Merci à Davide pour son chaleureux accueil tardif à notre arrivée, sa réactivité et sa gentillesse. Sehr schönes Haus !
Sehr hübsches Haus mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht und gute Ausstattung. Kommunikation war super! Ich kann das Haus nur weiter empfehlen. Auto sollte man vor Ort haben da man sonst fußläufig nichts erreichen kann

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub
Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach nur ein Traum. Alles war so wie es beschrieben wurde. Selten haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt wie hier. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man irgendwann vielleicht benötigt. Es ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht einfach grandios. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für das Erkunden des Südens und des Ostens. Wir waren zu fünft und hatten ausreichend Platz. Das Elternschlafzimmer ist mit Meerblick. Das zweite Zimmer hat leider nur einen Lichtschacht als Lichtquelle, aber im Zimmer hält man sich ja nicht ständig auf. Der Pool ist über mehrere steile Treppen zu erreichen, wobei wir auf Grund des Höhenunterschiedes immer das Auto nahmen. Die Poolanlage ist ein Traum. Riesiges Becken mit unterschiedlichen Höhen. Kpl. Sanitäranlagen mit Dusche und WC. Orialis hat uns liebevoll Empfangen und uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Das Haus kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub.

Sehr angenehmer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin; sauberes und top ausgestattenes Ferienhaus; top Lage mit geringen Entfernungen zu den nächsten schönen Stränden, Supermarkt oder Tankstelle; einziges kleines Manko: der Pool ist etwas abseits und aufgrund der großen Höhendifferenz (Hanglage) nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen; wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Haus absolut empfehlen, danke an die Vermieterin

La propriété est très bien équipée, bien aménagée avec ses 2 chambres en bas et ses 2 sallesdebain. Très bonne situation, superbe terrasse avec vue sur mer. La propriétaire est très sympathique et très facilement joignable. Nous conseillons vraiment cette location.

une maison très agréable, un balcon sur la mer à la vue incroyable.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison (sa fraîcheur du niveau nuit sans besoin de mettre la clim), l'agencement, la terrasse avec cette incroyable vue sur la baie de Cagliari (et sur le soleil couchant !). Les plages et criques alentours sont variées (un coup de coeur pour Is canaleddis). La localisation nous a permis de visiter Cagliari bien sûr mais aussi de rayonner jusqu'aux plages de Villassimius et de Costa Rei. Et merci à l'accueil chaleureux sur place de mr Alfonso (qui nous a même conduit au supermarché) et aux informations précises de Béatrice.

Schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Das Haus liegt am Hang in einer Ferienanlage jedoch an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist ein Traum, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, die Einrichtung jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Was in der Beschreibung unbedingt erwähnt werden müsste ist, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer kein Tageslicht hat und nur über einen sehr dunklen Lichtschacht belüftet wird. Das muss man wirklich wollen. Auch der stolze Preis von 90 € Endreinigung ist leider bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich und wird nur im Kleingedruckten erwähnt. Der vorhandene Fernseher verfügt über keinen deutschsprachigen Kanal. In der weiteren Umgebung befinden sich wunderschöne Strände, der Strand vor der Haustür ist nicht zu empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants befinden sich im Umkreis von ca 7 km.

Traumhafter Blick!
Das Haus liegt am Hang mit tollen Blick auf's Meer. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin und der Hausmeister haben sich um alle Angelegenheiten umgehend gekümmert und waren jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Strand ist in dem kleinen Ort nicht vorhanden, es ist eher eine felsige Bucht.

Jederzeit wieder!
Hallo, wir (4 Erw. & 1 Kind) waren vom 01.04.-14.04. in der Unterkunft. Ein wunderschöner Meer-/Ausblick, eine sauberes, gepflegtes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus, mit allem was man benötigt - Fliegengitter, funktionierende Heizung/Heizkörper, Parkplatz, Klimaanlagen, Mixer, Toaster, Spiele, ausziehbarer Tisch, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Geschirrspüler, ausreichend Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, toller Garten, toller Grill, Waschmaschine, viele Reiseführer/Karten und Bücher (viel auf deutsch) extra Ankleide-/Garderobenzimmer und vieles vieles mehr! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Frau Ceriello war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich schnell und lieb um alles gekümmert! Zum Meer mit Steinstrand (zum Baden glaube eher ungeeignet) waren es nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Davor gab es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können die Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Wir fanden die Zeit außerhalb der Hauptsaison super. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich und wünschen alles Gute 🍀 Liebe Grüße Familie Friedrich

Traumhaft gelegene und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung!
Die Ferienwohnung ist an einem sehr schönen Hügel gelegen. Von dort aus geniesst man eine einzigartige Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Wohnung liegt zentral um Ausflüge zu unternehmen. Besonders schön ist die Terasse, von welcher man ein feines Abendessen mit super Ausblick auf den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, gepflegt und gute eingerichtet. Einziges kleines Manko ist die sehr langsame WLan Verbindung im Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat gut funktioniert. Vollkommen zu empfehlen!

Cadre enchanteur avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Située au début d'une très belle route côtière.
Très belle maison, très joliment décorée, spacieuse, très bien aménagée, au calme, avec grand terrasse et joli jardin que nous avons beaucoup appréciés. Couchers de soleil splendides. Propriétaire disponible même si pas sur place, et le gardien Adolfo est très sympathique.

Fantastische Aussicht
Das Ferienhaus war Anfang bis Mitte Juni 2018 unser Feriendomizil. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut sortiert. Deutsche Kaffeetrinker sollten daran denken, Filtertüten der Größe 2 und Kaffee für die vorh. Kaffeemaschine mitzubringen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Golf von Cagliari und die gleichnamige Stadt. Allerdings ist es abends bei niedrig stehender Sonne sehr heiß auf der Terrasse. Ein Sonnenschutz wäre daher nicht schlecht. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich, insbesondere da die schönen Strände etwas weiter entfernt liegen. Wir haben uns bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit dort genossen.

Super vacation in a super location.
The views exceeded our expectation, they were indeed spectacular, every night the sun set over the picturesque capital, Cagliari, every night was different, every night was colorful, then when the sun set and the sky darkened the stars came out and created another spectacle, the consternations were easily identifiable, the Plough was directly over head, you could also track the movement of the international space station. On our stay we were also lucky to experience a full moon. all this made our holiday very special. The house, terrace and garden were very clean and well maintained, well worth the cleaning charge. The house was well equipped and the electrical goods were of a very good standard. We spent most days out and about but when at the house most of our time was spent on the terrace, there is a great stone built barbeque. The only down side of the location was the main road below the house, you cannot see the road but you can hear it, however, this would not put us off visiting this spectacular location again. Thank you Beatrice for allowing us to share your holiday home.
