The house is located in the tourist village of Kal'e Moru, elegant residence, built along the beach of Geremeas, the village is very pleasant and there are trees and flowers.
The beautiful white sand beach, visible in photographs, is about a mile long. The house has views over the beach which is just 100 meters away. The house is on two levels: the ground floor there is a large patio overlooking the sea, a living room with kitchenette, bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, one double room, a veranda overlooking the beach, a room with two beds and a bathroom with shower. On the back there is a small garden with lawn, outdoor shower with hot water and a barbecue.
The house has a wall safe.
On the beach, 150 meters from the house there is a kiosk - bar where you can rent umbrellas, pedal boats, canoes, rafts, and you can eat sandwiches and fast food.
At 300 meters from the house there is a small well stocked market, where among other fruits and vegetables, and excellent local cheeses and pizzas takeaway or home delivery. Open from June to September.
Next to the market is a bar.

Beautiful Setting and View
We enjoyed our stay in the Villa which had all the things we needed to make it comfortable. Mario graciously provided us with a tray of delicious baked goods and wine when we first arrived. We loved the location, close to the beach and the authentic surroundings which made you feel like a local and not a tourist.

Peaceful
Located by a beautiful beach, very quiet in October leading to a peaceful sunny stay. Mario was very responsive and left us a welcome parcel of sweet treats. Villa was very clean and has lots of positives, comfortable mattress, great hob, fridge freezer, washing machine etc. some modernising would benefit the overall experience especially bedroom furniture, bed is very low and chest of drawers do not close or open easily. However we adjusted to the rustic charm and the location so close to the beach and easy distance to Vallasimus and its stunning beaches for a chilled week away was great. Thank you.

der optimale Ort zum Entspannen
Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage zum Strand ist super. Im Herbst ist es nicht überlaufen und man kann gut entspannen. Wir hatten genug Platz im Haus und es ist toll, dass es auch eine Waschmaschine gibt. Drinnen und draußen gibt es genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Kommunikation mit Mario hat optimal geklappt. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Eine spezielle Erfahrung
Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Feriensiedlung. Da die Saison noch nicht begonnen hatte, gab es nur wenige Bewohner. Infrastruktur war deshalb nicht vorhanden. Strand, Umgebung und Haus waren ok. Vorsicht, das Haus ist ein Reihenhaus und sehr hellhörig.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Blick aufs Meer
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett. Es gab zur Begrüßung sogar Nachtisch im Kühlschrank! Hier sind wirklich keine Wünsche offen geblieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Unser schönster Familienurlaub
Uns,meinem Mann, mir, und unseren drei Kindern hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und von dort aus ist man direkt am Strand ( 2 Minuten zu Fuß). Wir werden auf jeden Fall ganz bald wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub
Schönes Reihenhaus, sauber und ideal zum Strand gelegen (3 Min zu Fuss) Die Räumlichkeiten war gross genug für uns 4 Erwachsene, obwohl ein Zimmer ein Kinderzimmer ist. (für die Teenager ausreichend) Wir waren sehr froh, dass bei dieser ausserordentlichen Hitze alle Schlafzimmer mit einer Klimaanlage und Ventilatoren ausgestattet war. Die Nächte waren damit sehr erholsam. Wir waren die letzten zwei Juliwochen dort, die Nachbarschaft war angenehm und ruhig. Das Meer war sehr schön, der Strand sauber und unter der Woche nicht sehr belegt. Wir persönlich finden die Strände weiter östlich schöner, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau. Der Supermarkt ist 10 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt, hatte alles und mehr was wir brauchten. Im Haus fehlt es uns an nichts, eines der besten das wir in diesen 12 Jahren Sardinien je hatten.Mario war sehr nett und jederzeit für unsere Belange erreichbar. Das Haus würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub.

Très bon séjour. Endroit reposant
Accès direct à la plage superbe. Endroit idéal avec des enfants et reposant pour les parents.Très belle vue depuis la terrasse de la chambre notamment. Petite maison facile à gérer Mario est un très bon hôte qui saura vous guider et vous renseigner. La place de parking est un vrai avantage.

Schöner Familienurlaub in der Vorsaison
Tolle Lage des Hauses, besonders schön der überdachte Balkon in der 2ten Ebene beim Elternschlafzimmer mit toller Sicht auf das Meer. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Strandurlaub zu geniesen. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattetet es hat an nichts gefehlt. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuss am Sandstrand. In der Vorsaison war dieser fast menschenleer außer am Wochenende. Leider war in der Vorsaison auch noch vieles geschlossen wie z.B. der nächstgelegene Supermarkt, so waren ca. 25 Minuten Autofahrt nötig zum Einkaufen, dank des sehr großen Kühlschankes mit Gefrierfach aber auch kein Problem. Mario war super bemüht und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem hatten wir 7 wunderbare Tage in seinem Haus und können dieses wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen. Super Sandstrand und kristallklares Wasser.
Mario der Vermieter hat uns via Telefon und Whatsapp geduldig zum Haus dirigiert. Als Willkommmensgruß stand für uns ein Flasche Wein im Kühlschrank und eine Schale leckeres Gebäck bereit. Das Haus hat einen super Meerblick und der Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz mit elektronischen Tor ist vor dem Haus. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. TV und WLAN sind vorhanden. Nur die Badezimmer könnten etwas größer sein und die Duschen zeigen leichte Gebrauchsspuren. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schönes Reihen-Mittel-Haus nahe am Strand
Schönes Haus -wir waren mit der Familie da (2 EW 3 K); Schlafzimmer sind getrennt (2;2;1) und das einzelne Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer im EG; moderne Ausstattung; nahe an einem schönen Strand; sehr netter und super organisierter Vermieter.

Nettes Häuschen in Strandnähe
Mario und seine Frau haben uns freundlich empfangen und eine kurze Hausführung gegeben. Er war jederzeit mobil erreichbar und hatte gute Tipps parat. Das Haus war etwas kleiner als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten, für uns (4 Erwachsene/1 Kind) jedoch ausreichend. Es war alles im Haus was man für einen tollen Strandurlaub benötigt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und die Anlage gepflegt. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Gut ausgestattes Haus
Schöner Blick, nah zum Strand. Mitte Oktober war es aber leider schon sehr leer. Insbesondere der Weg zum nächsten Supermarkt (15min mit dem Auto) war ein Ticken zu weit. Mario und seine Frau waren aber super nett, hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar. Toll!

Wunderbar erholsame Tage
Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 11 Tage ab Ende September gebucht. Bereits vor der Anreise war der Kontakt zu den Vermietern sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Mario und Mima haben uns dann am Haus empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Sogar Süßigkeiten standen für uns bereit. Vielen Dank. Das Ferienhaus liegt etwas oberhalb von einem schönen Strand in einer Ferienanlage. Zu Fuß sind wir vom Haus etwa 5 Minuten zum Stand gelaufen. Während unserer Reisezeit war es in der Anlage sehr ruhig. Es waren kaum andere Gäste/ Inhaber dort. Ich kann mir vorstellen, dass es zur Hauptreisezeit manchmal auch laut und trubelig sein kann. Die Häuser sind dicht aneinander gebaut. Für einen Einkauf oder Restaurantbesuch benötigt man ein Auto (jeweils ca. 10 Minuten Fahrt). In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Im EG kommt man von einer großzügigen Terrasse (mit Meerblick) in eine offene Wohnküche. Die Küche ist perfekt und modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Perfekt für Selbstversorger. Im hinteren Teil des Hauses erreicht man durch ein Schlafzimmer eine Logia mit Grill, Sitzmöbeln und Waschmaschine, welche uns gute Dienste leisteten. Die kleine Rasenfläche liegt oberhalb am Hang. Im oberen Stockwerk liegt ein Hauptschlafzimmer mit Balkon, der einen wunderschönen Meerblick bietet. Perfekt für den ersten Kaffee am Morgen. Das Kinderzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten ist klein, aber es ist alles da. Oben und unten sind zwei identisch ausgestattete kleine Bäder. Hier haben wir bemerkt, dass die Wohnung in diesem Sommer wegen der Pandemie voraussichtlich nicht so oft vermietet war. Die Abflüsse rochen zum Teil etwas unangenehm. Aber das sollte normalerweise nicht der Fall sein. Wir haben nichts vermisst und waren von der Ausstattung, Lage und Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Die Wohnung haben wir bereits weiterempfohlen.
