Hi, I'm Efisio Quartu, also known as Efisio Quartu, and together with my wife Maria I have made this splendid villa available for your holidays. I'm always available for a fair solution at lower costs. For stays longer than 2 weeks, cost reductions are possible. Contact me, I am always available. In this villa you will find fresh and functional environments, comforts, spaces for moments of relaxation and those dedicated to fun. The villa is located in an ideal logistical position to quickly reach the most beautiful and fascinating beaches of the south coast. You will be able to choose a new beach to discover every day. The entrance to the property features a large private car park, a tree-lined avenue with garden and a furnished patio, in the shade of large ash trees. The entrance to the house consists of a large and spacious hall/living room tastefully furnished, beyond the kitchen there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and ceiling fans and air conditioning, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, air conditioning and 2 bathrooms . The terrace is equipped with a built-in barbeque, a six/seven seater table and chairs perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying the cool of the night. All bedrooms are always cool thanks to the north-facing windows. The house is ideal for hosting your family with small children. For newborns, a high chair, a cot and a sink are available. In the courtyard for your exclusive use, sun loungers are available. If you have children you can walk in a few minutes to the Parodi park equipped with games for children

Our house offers the great advantage of being close to the city, but far enough away to fully enjoy the surrounding nature and the sea within walking distance. Even on days of great summer heat, you will be able to enjoy the fresh sea breeze which will make every day of your holidays pleasant. If you do not speak Italian I know a little English and for any need I will use an online translator also for the translations of (English French German Spanish) of our correspondence.
Upon your arrival, I will be happy to provide you with all the useful information for your stay and to suggest beaches, coves, natural parks and historical and archaeological sites to visit, as well as recommending the best restaurants, trattorias and farmhouses in the area.

In Spring the sweet and temperate climate of Sardinia 17 -24° max allows you to enjoy the sun and the sea and the beautiful nearby beaches. You will be able to visit a different wonderful beach every day. I will provide you with all the directions to reach them in a short time. The AREA IS EQUIPPED WITH: water playground, supermarkets, farmhouses, pizzerias, restaurants, bars/pubs, clubs with entertainment and discos by the sea.
Possibility in the vicinity of structures that organize EXCURSIONS on sailing boats and dinghies, wind-surfing, canoeing and diving lessons and the possibility of rental, horseback riding on the beach and in the Moletargius natural park.
