At 20 meters. from the sea, in a small paradise overlooking the Gulf of Cagliari from which you can enjoy enchanting panoramas, from dawn with a silvery "Sella del Diavolo" with fiery sunsets reflected on the sea, which with infinite shades color everything around us. Immersed in the green with its scents between pine and mastic trees, the chirping of birds and the sound of the sea, they are the soundtrack to what nature gives us every day.

The house is located within a "Marina delle Nereidi" village, loc. Terra Mala 20 minutes from Cagliari and as many from Villasimius, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub offers a small rocky beach with crystal clear sea with a perfect backdrop for snorkeling. Type 50sqm three-room apartment, accessed from the front terrace, with private garden, equipped with table and chairs with a BBQ to prepare and enjoy meals in the open air enjoying the view. Upon entering, we are immediately in the living room - kitchen with pine / sea view and has a sofa and large internal fireplace, a bedroom with single beds with pine / sea view window, dressing room with wall shelving, a bedroom, a bathroom with box shower. In the back of the house there is a very comfortable internal courtyard also used as a laundry room and which communicates with both the bathroom and the master bedroom.
The house is equipped with all the comforts to stay in complete relaxation with an espresso coffee machine, BBQ, portable induction plate for outdoor cooking, microwave, safe, fan oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, mosquito nets. The property develops between the garden and the ground floor and can be easily reached by car for loading and unloading.
Its geographical position allows you to reach both Cagliari and Villasimius in 20 minutes and allows you to comfortably visit the best beaches and coves of the South-East coast such as Capitana (3.5 km) which is equipped with a marina which offers sailing school , diving excursions and boat trips, or enchanting coves such as Cala Regina (3.5 km) Mari Pintau (6 km) and many others up to Villasimius and Costa Rei.
Cagliari offers art and culture trips, but also walks in the middle of the oasis between fauna and flora where you can admire our fantastic pink flamingos, without forgetting its nightlife both in the city center and in the various points along the Poetto beach (18 km ).

Appartement refait à neuf, grande terrasse vue mer, plage à 50m

Manuela et son mari sont très accueillants et sympathiques. L'appartement est au rez-de-chaussée dans une résidence de petites maisons et appartements perdue dans les pins. Pas de touristes. Grande terrasse avec barbecue. Plage à 50m, dans le parc de la résidence. À recommander pour les couples qui cherche le calme et aiment les endroits sauvages

Soggiorno eccellente!

L'appartamento rispecchia perfettamente la descrizione e le foto inserite nell'annuncio. Pulizia eccellente, ottimi gli arredi, l'immobile era completo di ogni accessorio, anche quelli necessari per una giornata al mare (teli mare, ombrellone e lettini presenti sulla piazzola riservata agli affittuari). Non da meno l'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari davvero gentilissimi e simpatici. La struttura è situata in un residence molto tranquillo, inserito in una piccola pineta. Da qui sono facilmente raggiungibili sia Cagliari che spiagge e calette pittoresche per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Comodissima la spiaggetta di scogli a pochi passi dalla casa, per niente affollata nemmeno durante l'alta stagione. Necessario l'uso di un mezzo proprio.

Tutto perfetto!

Questa villetta è proprio quello che si desidera per passare una vacanza al mare come si deve. Dall'accoglienza della proprietaria, alla posizione fino alla comodità della struttura, non posso che trovare aspetti positivi. A pochissimi metri dallo splendido mare e a pochi minuti di macchina per avere spiagge adatte a tutti (di sabbia o di scogli per chi vuole stare più tranquillo), la struttura gode di una tranquillità che rende ancora più rilassante la vacanza. Nella casa non manca davvero nulla ed è molto confortevole, spaziosa e nuova. La consiglio a tutti coloro che amano fare vacanze al mare senza farsi mancare nulla!

ottima sistemazione

Disponibilità è la parola più giusta per descrivere l'accoglienza che ci è stata riservata dai proprietari di questa splendida villetta proprio sul mare. La casa è stata appena risistemata, perciò tutti mobili sono nuovissimi, inoltre è fornita di tutto quello che serve (anzi anche di più): 2 comode camere da letto, un bagno, una bella sala da pranzo e 2 terrazzi dove poter fare il barbecue. La cucina è veramente molto fornita, compresa di macchinetta del caffè e altri utensili da cucina che non capita mai di trovare in una casa al mare.La casa si trova su una spiaggetta di scogli dove sono stati sistemati dei lettini dai proprietari, quindi c'è possibilità di prendere comodamente il sole senza problemi. A pochissimi km (5/10 minuti di macchina) ci sono le più belle spiagge della zona, dove c'è possibilità di parcheggiare piuttosto comodamente la macchina. Per ogni consiglio, i proprietari sono sempre disponibili. Consiglio questa casa a tutti coloro che vogliono passare una vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità e del bel mare.
