"We were there for my son’s wedding. 14 of us had plenty of room and beds. Absolutely the perfect location, walkable to the Kitchen Kettle Village and restaurants. We could sit on the porch and watch buggies go by. I would suggest leaving a bundle of firewood and matches. Took us 4 days to find any for sale. Will definitely be back!"

"Our stay at Ground Hog College was for an extended time during the holidays. From the moment we walked through the door, until the day we drove away (with a tear in my eye, I might add), we felt like we were living out a classic holiday movie.The hosts made sure to make us feel at home by decorating the living quarters in true Christmas fashion. "We were in town for a family gathering and wanted to stay nearby. This property was clean, modern, well decorated, spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at night and listening to quiet nature. Our kids enjoyed seeing animals at a farm nearby, as well as the trampoline. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was easy to cook in. Overall, a great stay and clear communication with host. We hope to stay again in the future and try out the fire pit! "

It's tucked out in the country but an easy drive to Lancaster and local attractions. Perfect hot tub and firepit time! The owners were very communicative and responsive. Loved the wine and coffee! It’s a great location - very peaceful, but not too far away from restaurants or grocery stores. It was so cozy and in perfect condition. My niece and nephew were amazed by the horses next door!"
