Looking for a great family get away, this gorgeous little beach house situated in a gated community called Qualicum Landing. A luxurious 3-bedroom beach house awaits you and boasts a water view, fully equipped kitchen , out door patio with gas firepit.
You have access to the clubhouse which includes outdoor pool area including 2 hot tubs for lounging around, an exercise room and billiards table. Have fun playing tennis or pickle ball on the sports court. Seasonal outdoor pool and jacuzzi( June 15-Sept 15);Full access to the private beachfront to access the water for swimming and exploring . There is so much wildlife in the area to watch from the local harbor seals, bald eagles, family of deer. Enjoy use of the beach picnic area and outdoor firepit fully stocked with wood.

The Little Beach House
We had a lovely stay at The Little Beach House. We stayed for a little over a month and we could have stayed longer. We have been traveling around BC with a different vacation company and too many times I have had to clean ovens, extractor hoods and use our own pans. It was a breath of fresh air that Spero's place was very clean and we could use everything provided. It is a beautiful home. It's private, you can see the ocean from the house, there are rabbits, geese and eagles. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return in the future.

Our new favourite place at Qualicum Landing!
We stayed at this house in July for a week. We have been to Qualicum Landing before, so this was our fifth different cottage...and it is now our favourite! Spero was an excellent host, he even contacted me personally, which has never happened before. I really appreciated that. And the house was perfect, very clean and the location is phenomenal. When you sit on the back patio you can see the ocean, and it's very private, which I loved as well. The beds were very comfortable. And the dining room table is beautiful! We will definitely be back. Thank you Spero!

What a wonderful place to vacation in May 2023! This spacious home was simply gorgeous and spotlessly clean. It was very well maintained and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need and then some. AMAZING
Word's can't even describe how amazing this property was for my family and I. We had 3 kids with us and we could not believe how spacious it felt with all of us staying there. It had a yard that was so perfect for evenings after exploring with lots of room for our kids to run around and play. It was beautifully furnished and was equipped with everything we could possibly need. The host really cares about the guests staying there with how quick he was to respond to messages and all the amenities offered throughout the home (barbecue, fireplace, games, laundry pods, etc.). It truly felt like a home away from home and it is set up perfectly for long stays while we explore the island. The drive from the ferry was short and our kids keep begging us to go back. This will 100% be our yearly vacation spot with how great our experience was. We highly recommend it!

Perfection!
The Little Beach House was the perfect vacation spot for young families. A minute walk to the pool and 5 min walk to the beach. Kids are able to get on their bikes and visit our friend’s unit that’s just down the street. The area is quiet and peaceful. We had deer visiting our yard a few times!

Owner very responsive to questions. Great to communicate with. Very beautiful home. We were very comfortable. The pool is amazing and 2 min walk. The beach is about 7min walk. All of Qualicum Beach is fairly rocky beach except during days with very low tide (typically right after full moon). The whole complex was beautiful with lots of very nice full time residents/owners. We were a party of 3 adults, 3 kids and we had plenty of room. 3 full sized bedrooms. I had the 3rd bedroom and it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Lots of great dishes and pots/pans. Fridge that dispenses ice and stunning patio and yard with fire pit BBQ and 2 propane tanks (1 for each). We used up all the propane for fire pit and easily switched to the bbq propane and within 24 hours a new tank was dropped off. There are also strings of outdoor lights across patio that look so classy. The fitness room and billiards table, library and TV in gatehouse was really good. The complex is behind locked gate and very secure and safe. Full sized tennis courts and owner has wiffle ball and tennis ball racquets for use. Washer/dryer in home for use as well. Just a really beautiful place.
