"Our first impression of lobby was very impressive. We arrived as it was getting dark so didn’t see the beautiful water view. the restaurant is nice food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Front desk called about 15 minutes after we got hear to make sure everything was ok with our room. The part I must say the indoor pool area was freezing so only 1 of 4 went in and wasn’t very long this is the main reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. Not sure why they only put a part roof over the pool as they have an outdoor pool on a rainy day having a completely covered warm pool area would be much better, definitely would come back if it was hot out to use the pool but if not we would have to look at other options."

"Had a 4 night solo vacation here. It was the perfect place to unwind. The food at Pacific Prime is amazing! I had poutine too many times for room service! Walking distance to dining and shopping. Perfect for half day trips and relaxing at the spa in the afternoon. Didn't use the pool or hot tub. Looking forward to returning with family."

"This property is now owned by a different company. The room was recently updated and very clean looking. I was a bit worried because I accidently booked a pet friendly room and I'm allergic to dogs. But I had no issues at all. Bed was super comfortable!"
