"Great place to stay with a convenient location. Service was top notch, Andy looked after everything from the moment I arrived and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Very impressed with the breakfast and facilities. "I had a great experience staying at this hotel in Ningbo. There were several restaurants on-site and a breakfast buffet every morning with plenty of options to choose from. One of the best parts was the special internet access that allowed me to use services like Google, which was super helpful during my trip. The service was excellent—my room was cleaned daily, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I also had two meetings with my suppliers at the hotel, and it worked out perfectly. The atmosphere was calm and not too crowded, so it felt like having a private dinner. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers!"

"The staff is very helpful and courteous. Got attended by Ms. Veronica Miao, excellent customer service as my wifi wasn't able to connect. I went to the front desk and she helped me right away. The rooms are clean and well appointed. I always go for Marriott properties. Property is Infront of Tianyi Square which makes shopping and dining very convenient."

"I have stay this hotel for 2 times, the room is clean and sufficient size to me. I like the location is perfect, easy access to restaurant, shopping mall, night street and not far from railway station. The hotel rate is competitve too. I will continue stay here in my next trip."

"I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The service across the board—from the front desk to housekeeping to the executive lounge—was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was patient, attentive, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Ada from the executive lounge, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay even more memorable. Her exceptional service stood out and added a personal touch that was much appreciated. The hotel’s location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the night view of the city skyline from our room was absolutely breathtaking—a perfect way to wind down after a busy day. I highly recommend this hotel for both its service and its prime location. I look forward to staying here again!"

"It’s very clean and convenient, and non smoking room . It appeared a bit hard to find non smoking rooms in Ningbo . The bathroom is small size for the room I booked, but I won’t complain for the price of the room. Breakfast buffet is also very good. A walking distance to Tianyi square. Over all we are very happy to stay there for two nights, will certainly come back. "
