"This hotel is really nice. It’s very clean, rooms are large with a kettle, the bed is the comfiest ever, I can get English programs on TV, and it’s easy to walk to many places. Breakfast is excellent. The absolute standout with this hotel is the staff, I’ve never come across a hotel where the staff have been unfailingly helpful, friendly and really go out of their way for you. It’s a pleasure to see their smiling faces every day. I had an accident on the street and the staff helped me so very much. I will always be grateful to them. On top of this, the hotel has a cafe attached and the food is like home cooking, delicious and reasonably priced. Again the staff there are lovely, even the cleaning ladies in this hotel are lovely. I would always come back here."

"This hotel is just a short walk (5 mins) to the main Skanderbeg Square, and is in a quiet and safe location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free toiletries and fresh, clean towels. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed talking to them. It's also got free, high speed Wifi, that's very reliable. I'd happily stay here again, and would recommend it to others without hesitation. Free bottled water is also provided at the front desk. "
