"Staff were very welcoming when i arrived after midnight and offered me a meal and water, my flight was approx. 4 hours later. Assisted me with acquiring morning transportation to the airport so i would not have to worry about the issue. "

"I stayed here for 4 nights. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. There were only 2 channels in English and neither had good content so I used my laptop to watch YouTube. Breakfast was good, variety of food and attentive staff. Sameers team were great. Reception staff were very helpful also. Had an issue with one of the staff members in the gym but this was quickly resolved by the hotel. They definitely pay attention to customer service. "

" It is a safe and quiet area. The hotel is very clean. Food is delicious. I like the buffet nights in the first-floor dining room. Carmela rendered service above and beyond her job. She was very accommodating and pleasant. My only comment is the dining room on the 3rd floor is a smoking-allowed area. I cannot take any cigarette smell, but one has a choice to order room service, and this is what I did. "You stay there because you want a quick one night or few hours stay near airport before continuing your journey to somewhere else. Amman does not have many options around airport, so this will do. Location felt safe but nothing much else to write about. Right on a motorway so easy access and exit."
