"I liked the staff very much. At first we were dissappointed regarding the area, but at night everything is changed. We used Sur as a hub for Turtle reserve and Wadi Shab. "

"It's at a convenient location. Initial room allotted had a bad smell and cockroaches running around. We complained and they changed to a good room promptly. Room was nice and spacious and very clean even though the corridors weren't that great."

"Overpriced for what they offer. The swimming pool area is not well equipped (just 1 beach chair!) and it was full of flies and mosquitoes, they need a disinfestation. The breakfast was super poor. We had a lunch there, it was very expensive for the quality and the selection they offer. It’s close to Wadi Shab so I think the property isn’t giving any extra effort."
