This delightful vacation home is situated on the outskirts of the charming village of Qala, just 2km from Hondoq Ir-Rummien bay. Upon entry, you're welcomed by a charming hallway leading to an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area complete with a wood fireplace for chilly evenings. This area extends to a lovely sundeck featuring a generously sized pool, offering breath-taking unobstructed views of the hills and sea.
On the elevated ground floor, there's a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (accessible via 6 steps), alongside the combined kitchen, dining, and living room. The upper first floor boasts two more ensuite bedrooms and a magnificent terrace with a 6-seater Jacuzzi, providing panoramic views of the channel between the three islands.
Please note that this accommodation may not be suitable for individuals with limited mobility due to its multi-level layout accessible only by stairs.

Bedding: All beds will be dressed with appropriate linens, with extra blankets available in the wardrobes. Additionally, two towels per person will be provided, placed on the beds for your convenience.
Air Conditioning: The property is equipped with air conditioning units available via an electronic pay-as-you-go coin system (accepting €1 & €2 coins), with each unit consuming approximately €2.25 per night.
Maid Service: Included for bookings of 8 nights or more.
Complimentary supplies: Each booking will receive one dishwasher tablet and one washing machine tablet per night of stay.

Flights to Malta and ferry crossing to Gozo: Arrive at Malta International Airport and take a ferry to Gozo. We offer car hire and/or direct transfers from the airport to the property after completing our flight arrival and departure details form.

Security Deposit:
A mandatory fully refundable security deposit will be temporarily held from a valid debit/credit card:

Damages (excluding normal wear and tear).
Missing items from the property.
Excessive noise that may disturb neighbours.
The deposit will be temporarily blocked from the provided card via our automated email system and automatically released within 3-7 days of checkout. Baron Holiday Homes has 48 hours from checkout to report any damage or missing items to the guest in writing.

Please note that the price excludes the Malta Eco Tax, applicable to all tourists aged 18 and over, including locals: €0.50 per person per night spent on the Maltese Islands, capped at a maximum of €5 per person per continuous stay.
