We loved staying here and our hosts Fida and Chris were the best, from greeting us warmly, showing us around to responding quickly to any questions we had. "This was a six fay trip for me with the aim of relaxing and recharging and the Romanos luxury hotel was the perfect place to do so. The service from beginning to end was faultless, the room was immaculate with a balcony that gave me the perfect place to view stunning sunsets. As for the food, there were so many choices but all as delicious as each other. I am coming back with my family in august for two and a half weeks and cannot wait. Be it a solo trip or a family one, this is the place to come! "

"We always enjoy staying here. I was disappointed at a dinner at the Italian restaurant. We ate there twice. The first time the staff was pleasant and kind and we had a great time. I am Greek so was able to order and communicate in Greek. The second time my husband went with our 3 boys. They do not speak Greek so the waiter decided to charge them 4 times the original price for bread. I realized that when I went to meet them at the restaurant and looked at their bill. The waiter was surprised we caught the error and went to go tell a lady behind the cash. As he approached her they both laughed while they fixed the mistake. Very very disappointing. We love the resort but all it takes is one dishonest employee to change your opinion about something. "

"A great week at a great new(ish) resort! We loved popping into Gialova for dinner most nights and the hotel concierge happily arranged reservations and a taxi. Just 10 euros each way if you don’t want to walk. Highly recommend Anama, Elia and Kochili Fish in particular. Overall very good service and lovely friendly staff with a few very minor exceptions. A few small teaks could make this even better. More wait staff able to take orders at breakfast and pool, more local affordable shops including a pharmacy, slightly lower price point for pool side drinks and food and watersports. Spa massages were excellent!"

"The hotel was very well kept, even the partial sea view was better than expected. Room was clean and spacious for the price. Bathroom was quite small but still very functional. Staff was Amazing, very friendly, helpful and ahowed they truly cared about our stay. Would stay again."

"Check in was seamless with a phone call and WhatsApp message. The room was great, clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable . Location is excellent, only a few steps from the main square restaurants and a short stroll to the harbour. On a very minor note, some extra coat hangers in the wardrobe would be great. Highly recommended "
