"Its a case of 5 stars for the hotel, 0 stars for the experience. The hotel will say it's off season, as a guest there's no such thing. Apart from the building site opposite that starts at 6:30am with trucks & diggers night 2 was an event. The event started late afternoon with night club volume music and by 9pm seemed to be never ending. A trip to reception assured me this would be over soon. When I asked what will you say when I return at 10pm they said that would not happen. At 10pm a manager...

"A spacious property for all the family with lots of outdoor eating space. The heated swimming pool was a hit with all the family. It was unseasonably warm so we could have done with some fans or air conditioning downstairs. The heat unfortunately meant many of our party suffered from mosquito bites. Didier was a great help and always available to provide support"

"Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit über Weihnachten inklusive Weihnachtsbaum:). Man hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Düne und die Bucht. "We stayed for a week in late July early August with our 2 children 8 and 9. We absolutely loved this place in its lovely neighbourhood, just a stones throw from the beach. We bought croissants and fresh bread every morning from the wonderful patisserie at the Hotel Ha(a)itza just down the road. You are literally a 10 minute walk from the Grand Dune.
