This 4-bedroom property is located on a quiet, private lane in lower Llanbedrog, and boasts beautiful views out towards the headland. The bright, spacious lounge/dining area features ample comfortable seating and a wood burner for those cosy nights. The well-equipped kitchen and the large enclosed with charcoal BBQ makes Ty Gwyn the perfect base for families. 
The quaint village of Llanbedrog is home to a number of attractions; from sheltered expanses of sand and shallow waters at Llanbedrog beach (0.3 miles) or local beach bar and restaurant to networks of paths lined by pine trees, heather and local wildlife. Slightly further afield, you will find Abersoch, a fashionable seaside resort and watersport centre. No matter the weather you’re sure to enjoy your stay at this heavenly corner of Llyn.

Beds: 1 Super king, 1 double, 4 singles. 
Rooms: Ground floor: fitted kitchen, lounge with log burner, comfortable seating and dining area. Super king bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom. Two bathrooms with shower cubicles, wash basins and WCs. First floor: Family bedroom with double and single bed. Mezzanine landing with sofa and TV.
Kitchen and utilities: Fitted kitchen with tiled floor, electric oven and hob, dishwasher,Nespresso coffee machine,  washing machine, microwave and large freestanding fridge/freezer. 
Entertainment: Large Smart TV in living room. TV with DVD player on mezzanine landing. Wi-Fi available.
General: Central heating and electricity included. Starter pack of logs provided for wood burner. Bed linen and towels provided.
Pets: 1 dog welcome.
No smoking:  inside the cottage.
Parking: Private off-road parking for up to 3 cars. 
Please note:  This property is best suited for families. Hen/stag parties and not permitted. You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Super family house.
Spacious living area and bed rooms(though more hanging space/ wardrobes in main bedroom would have been welcome). Well equipped clean kitchen, lovely secure garden for younger children. Beach windbreaker and beach toys were an added bonus, as was the proximity to the great beach. Good location, all round an excellent family holiday house.
