"Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

"This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect. "It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....

"We stayed here to splurge on activities and food, but it was simply not worth it. We almost canceled and booked another hotel on night 1 but it was non refundable. Very hot — very hot. No AC or it doesn’t work. Very dirty. I didn’t allow myself to walk barefoot around. Stains on the bed frame. Mold in the shower. It’s far from everything. Overall bad experience "

"Noone around to take my bags when arrived. It was before checkin but had to find the number and get a call back after they didn't answer (within 'available' hours). Once they phoned back they were accomodating but the person who met me didn't speak English as advertised, and didn't have correct change for tourist tax, so had to pay later. The bed which seemed to be covered in a towel (how I imagine a brothel) and had a huge crater-like dip in the middle. Like an elephant had tried to sleep in...

"Absolutely loved our stay here! Philip was so communicative and the hotel was lovely. So much patina. The breakfast delivered each morning was delicious and helpful to fuel us for the day’s activities. The location was amazing and close enough for us to get to Marseille and experience the big city, but enjoy a quiet, quaint space. Everything was immaculate- bathrooms, beds, decor. I can’t recommend this place enough! We will for sure stay here again if we visit the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! "

"Was nice to have an apartment style accommodation. Cleaning bedding was provided and the rooms were clean to a good standard. The downsides was the noise from the truck stop directly behind the property and there was a lot of noise at all hours from other residents (this is however not a property issue but more individual!). Also not particularly pleasing being so close to a prison (at the end of the road). Restaurant not in use which wasn't a problem for us but there is nothing saying it is out...
