"I don't normally leave reviews, but Putney Inn is well worth a review. April at the front desk went WELL over the top to make my stay amazing. She gave me a room that about had me speechless. It was amazing!! I will totally be staying here again!"

Walking distance to great restaurants and the Colonial Theater (saw a show, too!) The staff, without exception, is friendly, kind and helpful. I come here about twice a year to “get away” and have always enjoyed the amazing service, comfort to which you are treated at the Keene Fairfield. "

"The house was cute and comfortable. I loved the old feel of it. The location was remote and serene, and we enjoyed the sound of the river across the street while chatting on the porch. We had no problem with making our meals, as the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Our dog was very comfortable and surprised by a visit from some Guinea hens in the morning. She was less polite in greeting the friendly dog from next door. I was pleasantly surprised that the tap water tasted good, as I had forgotten to bring drinking water and didn't have to find a store. The trip was about visiting, and we got to do plenty of that!"
