Independent house immersed in the green countryside of Putifigari, a small rural center located about 15 km from Alghero, easy to reach in just a few minutes by car.

The large private pool overlooks the tranquil Putifgari valley dotted with small white sheep and the sweet jingling of their bells as they move and eat through the local vegetation.

The rectangular pool with access to the staircase is 1.2-2.5 m deep, has clear and welcoming cooling waters and a large sun terrace with loungers and natural shade from the trees.

The covered outdoor terrace wraps around the front and side of the villa giving natural shade and freshness to the villa. It has a large dining table and chairs for outdoor dining. The front patio space has seating for reading, drinking in the sun and taking in the valley views.

On the side of the pool is the outdoor dining area, where there is a large open-air barbecue.

The villa has an enchanting country atmosphere: the large double-height wooden roof offers a welcoming and fun atmosphere to the property, keeping it cool even during the summer months.

Internally the villa is very beautiful. The living area is large with a huge open space living room. The kitchen in the dining room has a very long dining table and chairs for eating indoors.

The kitchen located at the back is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large 4-burner stove and oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and free-standing freezer, many dishes, glasses, pots and pan for cooking during the holidays.

On the ground floor, next to the open space room there is a complete bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window for natural light.

There are 3 bedrooms located in the living area, divided by a sliding door - this area has 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with 2 single beds - each bedroom has a window with mosquito nets and blackout blinds. Since the property is high in the valley evenings, even in the height of summer remain quite cool. There are additional fans available if needed.

The 2nd bathroom with shower is located in the area, toilet, sink, bidet and shower, even with its own window.

The villa has free WIFI, useful for reading emails but not powerful enough to guarantee streaming.
