"We booked a premium room but the room given was completely different to the photos provided. Address was different to what was given on here. Had to wait over an hour for check in time evenknow we arrived within check in time. When we asked about the room being premium we were ignored. The first boat offered to us was awful with no comfortable seating area and the bedrooms were dismal with dirty linen.
