Large comfortable holiday home on Rügen in Putbus for up to 8 people

The house is protected on a closed plot. It offers plenty of space to relax on 140 m² spread over two floors. W-LAN is available. The cozy and practical interior makes the house ideal for families and groups.

Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor and can accommodate two people each. Both are equipped with a double bed (each 180 × 200), in addition to a room is an additional single bed (90 × 200). Two further bedrooms are on the ground floor and can accommodate a further three persons with a double bed (180 × 200) and a single bed (90 × 200). In each room there is a large wardrobe with enough space.

On the ground floor there is a shower room with toilet, on the first floor a bathroom with toilet.

There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with views of the Greifswalder Bodden and the island of Vilm with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, filter coffee machine and various kitchen utensils. A large dining table with a comfortable corner seat offers enough space for all guests.

The large cozy living room with woodburning stove, a TV with cable reception, DVD player and stereo with USB dock offers the possibility to spend a relaxing holiday even in not so nice weather. If you prefer reading or board games, you will also find a lot to browse and entertain.

The large sun terrace with garden furniture invites you to sunbathe and relax with a view of the Greifswalder Bodden and the island of Vilm. On the spacious and well maintained grounds there is plenty of space for romping for children or their four-legged darling. A large trampoline (2.5 m) invites you to hop.
