"Second year staying here. New owners definitely have a few kinks to work out. We were celebrating my 30th birthday. First off this is a second floor property and the elevator was inaccessible when we got there. We called the owner and she said she would have someone out within 45 minutes for us to use the elevator. No one ever showed up so we had to haul all our luggage, coolers, etc up the stairs.
