"We paid extra for a balcony and pool view, however, there were no chairs on the balcony and there were signs blocking our view from the balcony. Very disappointed. The bathroom was quite small and the lighting in the room was poor. The parking also was an issue. Not enough spots to accommodate all the guests. Very frustrating. "
