"Great place to stay if you are coming for the Pushkar Festival. Walking distance to the temple and main market. The reservation manager was very helpful, giving me the inside scoop on when to visit the temple to avoid the massive festival crowds. Great customer service from all staff, the bed was comfortable, and the balcony offered up a beautiful morning sunrise. All in all a good stay. "

"Staff were friendly. Otherwise, everything gives a sense of dirty and rundown place with utmost disregard to any maintenance. Just like dirty public toilets in India, broken toilet seat, missing tile (I took pictures, but unfortunately can't post). No hangers to hang your clothes, just three hooks spaced two inches apart. Wall paint dripped on the mirror but never cleaned. Water heater quit working after the first day and they didn't heed the request to change the room; instead, they replaced the water heater and I had to bear with the presence of the workers in the room. Rotten dresser top plywood! Even the plastic trash can was broken. WiFi was spotty. Power failures several times. Away from the city and hard to find transportation. Very inconvenient to live here. Unless you are a cheapo backpacker, don't even consider staying here no matter how cheap it is."

"I stayed at this property for a night with my parents. Really cordial and polite staff always ready to serve. We wanted to eat proper Rajasthani dinner which was not available on the menu that night. When we requested if it can be cooked, the chef went out of the way to cook an elaborate meal just for the three of us and within a couple of hours we had the best soul food ever. I recommend this place for its proximity to the lake, supportive staff, heritage architecture & experience, and cleanliness of the rooms and other areas. "

"The hotel is well-run, spotless and features excellent service and food. Trouble is it is NOISY. The room halls are an echo chamber, with uncarpeted tile floors and hard-surface walls so all night you'll hear pounding of feet and loud guests who stay up till midnight.echoing ad nauseum. The heavy room doors cannot be closed quietly and their banging add to what likely will be a restless night. AVOID if you are even a moderate sleeper!"
