This means they are interested to continuously improve and become better, this energy is positive. "The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Specially Ms Anna Wong from the restaurant. She is always smiling and goes around to ask the guests they are ok. The room we stayed is very clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay very much . The only setback the hotel is that guests can smell the foul air from the nearby Filipino market Once you stand outside the lobby. Because of the hotel is across the market, the surrounding area gets pretty busy . May not be pleasant if you are on holiday. "
