"Property is good. We stayed here quite a few times. In the last visit I noticed the attending staffs keep standing there for tips which is awkward. One of them actually asked for it which is rare in such high priced properties."

I decided to leave immediately. Front desk manager said that if booking agent, expedia call them , they will return the money. Expedia states that they couldn't contact the hotel. I have contacted the hotel. They told that no one contacted them from expedia. Very tiring experience. "
