"We want a refund as we could enter the property. something went wrong with the accommodation. We followed the instructions to complete the verify process (twice). The for instructions was to get a password to open after the verify process. It said it would email straight away. But nothing. The email never arrived and the person had to look accommodation elsewhere, she had to pay for the accommodation and car to reach the new place."

"This so called accommodation was by far the worst accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. We reluctantly stayed because we had no where else to go. From the start, the key was not available to pick up so we had to wait for someone to drop the key off and no linen/ towels were provided for 2 of the beds. When we walked in the unit was filthy, smelt of cigarette smoke, fridge was turned off and stank, there was no kettle, no cups, no cutlery and microwave was filthy. The bathroom was a bigger disaster...

"The apartment is as advertised. It's spacious inside and has a large undercover entertaining deck. The inside of the apartment was nice and clean although the rugs are stained and need replacing. The deck needed cleaning and the outside furniture needs cleaning. Parking was good under the building. It was quiet and very sound proof between rooms and the outdoors. It's a 10-15 minute drive to Indooroopilly Shopping Centre and only a minutes drive to restaurants on Oxley Rd. Overall a good place...
