"l'edificio all'interno sembra non aver avuto cambiamenti dagli anni '80, ivi comprese le camere, salvo per il bagno che è stato ristrutturato...male...visto che la doccia è quanto di più scomodo e pericoloso io abbia mai visto. Hanno trasformato una vasca a due livelli in doccia appoggiando una specie di supporto in legno su cui devi stare in equilibrio circense e che sembra potersi rompere da un momento all'altro."

"We stayed here with over 60+ people for my sister's wedding nearby. At first, they were bit overwhelmed as I am unsure how often they host that many people, but the hosts were friendly and always were available for us. The rooms were spacious and clean and had great working AC. The breakfast was great and reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"First off-Andrea was gracious to let us in early but the address of the property is wrong so after several times walking up and down the street we found the place only after messaging Andrea for the exact location. He had said he left the key in the door so in the 1st floor terrace. USA 1st floor is street level and Italy is apparently the next level up so then we couldn’t fnd the unit. "This was a stunning property in a stunning area of real, non-touristy Italy. The villa was furnished in a traditional rustic style and was comfortable and well equipped. The outside . area was particularly inviting with lots of space to eat and a pool to die for. My 4 grandchildren, aged between 2 and 6, had to be dragged away from it! The countryside Is beautiful with the backdrop of the Dolomites and Venice was an easy train ride away from Conegliano station which has free parking. We visited...

"This property fulfilled our expectations. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen for cooking, a large swimming pool, and a table tennis table. Walking distance to shops, and restaurants, and many woodland walks in the local area. The barbecue was unusual, and the remote keys for the gate a little unreliable. But overall a great place for a family holiday."

"Great place to stay, not much for dining on a Monday - but their recomeneded Restarant was fantastic and walking distance of 10 minutes or so. No breakfast booked but the team there we very helpful indeed. Clean rooms with all the facilities you would need."
