"Our stay was quite disappointing, to the point I felt I was ripped off. To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window. "Cabañas el Jardín is an absolute gem! The place was clean and comfortable. The owner, Claudia, is an absolute sweetheart. Very attentive and understanding. The communication was outstanding!!
