"Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super! Nicolo zeigte uns dann noch ein Club in der Nähe, da wir auch nach der Suche nach ein bisschen Party waren. Allem in allem würden wir definitiv wieder kommen - mille grazie!"

"I didn't like that it was not clear that our unit was not part of the physical hotel location. It was offsite. I wasn't expecting to have what could have been an Air BNB. Not a long walk to main hotel but still inconvenient. I think it's important to describe this at time of booking. Otherwise everything else was very good."

"First impressions are very much 'oh dear', this ain't no 4 star and no it's not. But you'll probably get used to it and have a nice holiday anyway. "This is not for family. I asked hot water for kids snacks. It was so difficult to get it because of their regulations, We were not allowed to eat anything at all in the room.
