Great Backyard
This property was exactly as advertised. The curb view is good but the back yard was GREAT! The pool and the channels must be seen to be appreciated. I wish I would have brought some fishing gear as there are some big fish waiting to be caught from the private dock. Inside, the house was laid out well and felt very comfortable. Owners were great about communication and very friendly.

Home was great. It is clean, plenty of room for everyone (we had 2 adults and 4 kids), close to town and the local attractions. Everything was new and it was just as it appeared in the listing. Would stay there again.

We reallyenjoyed the house and the easy access to Punta Gorda. Our only problems were with the house not being cleaned before check in due mixed up communications and the algae buildup in the pool.

Our stay was perfect. We had 2 children with us that loved the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood located close to all the amenities of Punta Gorda. I agree with all the other reviews that Vickie, our host, was welcoming and quick to respond if we had any questions. Truky a great place to stay.

I only have positive feedback for a lovely, well- kept, clean, nicely furnished home on a quiet cul-de-sac … and from the lanai, a beautiful water way with gorgeous view! We very much enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool!! The owners were extremely welcoming via VRBO messages and offered immediate and kind answers to our questions! The beds were comfortable too! I would love the opportunity to rent again. The location in Punta Gorda is convenient to the Punta Gorda airport, and our favorite beach - Venice Beach. Plus, only 40 minutes to Miramar Outlets in Estero or a drive to downtown Ft. Myers. Thank you for sharing your home!

Wonderful getaway!!
This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and much more! It was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Fantastic home in Punta Gorda Isles
This was the nicest home we ever stayed in for a vacation rental. The home was perfect, really well appointed and decorated so nicely. It is on a quiet street and a nice wide canal. Vicki is a great host, very quick with her communication and clearly cares about you and your stay. It is in a great location to nearby shopping and food. Our whole experience could not have been better and we highly recommend this home for you and your family to vacation.

A must stay in Punta Gorda
Vicki, the property owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. The house set up was perfect. It has large common areas and the bedrooms are very private. It felt like the house went on forever! The house is minutes away from a downtown area full of restaurants as well as fisherman’s village. If you’re looking to stay in Punta Gorda… stay here!!

Absolutely AMAZING!
This home is the perfect place to relax and get away. The house has everything that you could possibly need for a relaxing time away from it all. It's beachy, comforting feeling is most welcome. Perfect/quiet/scenic home in Punta Gorda
The setting was amazing. Approximately 1 mile from Fisherman's Village and all the activity/restaurants/shopping/historic P.G. but at the end of very quiet a cul-de-sac with a large scenic canal out the back full of fish/sting rays/wildlife. Recently remodeled inside with a pool and everyday living supplies (towels/plates/washer-dryer/many large TVs). We absolutely recommend this place for your next trip to Punta Gorda and surrounding area.

My husband and I loved staying at Vicki’s property. Gorgeous home very clean all the amenities just like being at home . We used the pool everyday great view we even saw a Dolphin swim by. We will be back . Very easy to get too CLose to grocery stores .
