Come stay in our peaceful waterfront condo ( 1 of 3 units ) in Punta Gorda Isles with outdoor pool, great views, boat dock in a peaceful location. The residence was updated in February, 2022 along with all new furnishings. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with patio off master bedroom, downstairs has the living area with a 1/2 bath.. Relax next to pool with views of canal as boats go by. Fisherman will enjoy fishing from dock. Enjoy the Florida life style with all the amenities of downtown Punta Gorda, Fisherman's Village & Marina and local parks. Attractions include award winning beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, evening live music, golf, miles of biking & walking trails. Conveniently located near U.S. 41 and I-75 to explore new adventures.

Clean and modern.
Very nice place with good accomodations. Pool looked clean but I was too busy to use it. I will definitely stay again on my next business trip. Definitely better than the local hotels especially if you dont want to eat out all the time. Perfect for a family of 3-4.

Home is in a great location, very nicely furnished. Beautiful view of the canal and within a super short distance to both the local airport and all of the downtown restaurants and activities. Owners are lovely to work with and we can't wait to come back again.

Out of all Vrbo stays I have had I believe this was the best experience I've had. The home was clean and inviting and little welcoming amenities were so kind. Felt that they thought of every little detail. The home was clean and seemed that all furnishings were new and in good condition. I also appreciate that they weren't not unreasonably strict about normal issues that may develop during a stay. Loved and would highly recommend.

Perfect Canal Getaway
Loved this property! It sits on a canal in a quiet and calm neighborhood. It has everything you need for a peaceful getaway. Communication with the host was outstanding, the property was very well maintained, and cleanliness was well above average.
