Come stay in our peaceful waterfront condo ( 1 of 3 units ) in Punta Gorda Isles with outdoor pool and boat dock. The residence was recently painted with new flooring in May, 2023 along with newer furnishings.
Living area is downstairs with 1/2 bath and private screened in patio. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with screened in patio off master bedroom. Relax next to pool with views of canal as boats go by. Fisherman will enjoy fishing from dock. Enjoy the Florida life style with all the amenities of the downtown Punta Gorda. Fishermans Village & Marina and local parks. Attractions include award winning beaches, fishing, shopping, dining, golf, miles of biking & walking trails. Conveniently located near US 41 and I-75 to explore new adventures.

Served Us Well
We had two couples stay at the unit and it served our needs well. It was clean. It was nice to have the 3rd bathroom. Greg, the host, said the unit was available for early check-in. Although we didn't need that it was appreciated. We were able to use the pool and that was fine. The only minor complaint was that one of the bathrooms was out of TP and there wasn't a spare square anywhere. We walked the neighborhood every morning and felt completely safe.

Location was excellent. Everything was as listed. A few items that we found that need some attention. When we arrived both bathroom tubs had hair in them, the master suite tub had more than the hallway tub as the shower mat was never taken out when cleaned. The hallway tub had a very slow drain. The hallway exhaust fan needs cleaning, it looked very clogged with lint. The pool had a lot of debris in it. The location for us was great. I would stay again hoping that the above items get some attention.

Brother and I had to stay last minute to attend to repairs on our parents condo from Hurricane Ian. Beautiful lot with pool & dock. Condo is dated but could be freshed up easily. Fantastic hosts! Very friendly and accommodating.

Punta Condo retreat
My wife and I very much enjoyed using this very nice condo in the Punta Gorda Isles neighborhood for a May vacation. The waterside pool was great to enjoy some relaxing times in between biking in the area and playing pickleball with the locals ... as well in getting some boating and beach activity in along the coast. A good central spot to enjoy the Punta Gorda area!

Relaxing long weekend stay
We had an amazing 4 days of relaxing with perfect weather and a quiet and beautiful home away from home place to stay. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood on the water. Sitting out on the dock, watching the boats pass by made this place even better. The condo has everything we needed for our beach trips, while also enjoying a pool day. The hosts are very welcoming and extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. Check in and out was super easy. Great place to stay to get away

Quaint, clean, and great hosts
My husband and I came to punta gorda for a long weekend. We arrived at 1030pm, was easy to get into the condo, quiet and very clean. I’m a stickler about cleanliness so I always appreciate a nice clean place. We were able to fish off the dock and the host took us for a sunset cruise one evening! Punta gorda is a very clean town, with many great things to do. Bonita springs beach and Venice beach were great day trips. Do not hesitate to book this VRBO. :-)
