Ok so this place is nice but the terms that come along with it RENTER beware!. First this property is located on the 4th floor. Seems they purposely turned the elevators off and only allow you to go down. We had to Climb 5 flights of stairs about 5 times a day as we were in and out of the property for the entire 5 days we were there . They also charged us over $100 for sand/dirt on towels which they would not even wash just said they wouldn’t wash them and charged us . They sent pictures of the dirty towels we used for everyday use and said we had to pay for them because they don’t clean them. BEWARE. Also there is a guard at the entrance who does not speak English. My daughter went out several times and he would not let her back in,I had to go down and get her which was very inconvenient. They charge a $300 deposit which they took out $187 for electricity which I was fine with but then they made up this about dirty towels stained to keep the rest of my money. There were no basic washcloths ,we had to use hand towels, no extra trash bags , no dish clothes, no paper towel . Noticed several broken things around the unit so beware to document everything as they will probably try to charge you ! Protect your bank card because I do not trust them
