This Ocean View contemporary & spacious 1 bedroom condo (fully renovated December 2023) has a straight line view to the private beach, situated in the new beachfront community of Playa Turquesa Ocean Club, located in the heart of the tourist towns of El Cortecito & Los Corales(heart-throb of Punta Cana).

Nearly 900 sq. feet, third floor , with elevator, to include 1 large bedroom with King Sized bed with Simmons BackCare Pillowtop mattress, 43" Smart TV with free Netflix, and Safety Deposit box, 1 full bath & 1 half bath both with walk in showers and hairdryer, a full size contemporary kitchen extremely well equipped and with top of the line Frigidaire Gallery Series appliances, breakfast bar with seating, spacious livingroom which has leather corner sofa and dining table and chairs, with 65" Smart TV which includes free Netflix for our guests to enjoy & a large balcony with constant breezes from the ocean.
The balcony is equipped with dining table and chairs and top of the line Stainless Weber Gas BBQ to enjoy dining al fresco.
And we have comfortable seating to one side to enjoy a cocktail while watching the ocean.
All windows and doors have screens, together with ceiling fans, reducing your need for air conditioning, to make use of the natural breeze which flows through this condo
There are separate central air systems for the living area and the bedroom, meaning you only need to cool one area at once The bedroom has a wifi controlled thermostat, meaning you can schedule it to suit your needs

Other amenities include the best WiFi in the area with 300mbps download/75mbps upload speeds, (the norm is only 2 mbps) this is private for our guests, a stackable washer/ dryer, cable TV, beach towels, a water cooler dispenser & more, and a detailed information book to steer our guests in the right direction!

The modern décor in cool ocean tones is both fresh and relaxing, with all the essentials included, making this a perfect vacation option.

This is a Family owned condo, professionally managed by the owners onsite & English speaking for complete personal customer satisfaction. Discounted excursion (TOUR) options and transportation services are also provided to our vacation rental guests. We know this area like the back of our hands and are always happy to assist our hundreds of vacation rental clients annually. When traveling abroad, it is reassuring to know a physical person is available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have, before, during, and after your stay.

NOTE: White Water rafting and Whale Watching tours are offered as well. Due to the further locations these are full 1 to 3 day excursions. These activities are offered at different parts of this 2nd largest Caribbean Island and may be a 4-6 hour drive away. Please ask us for more information. All other activities are either a short walk, or short taxi or tour bus ride away. Other unique OR more private tours are also available. If you can imagine it, we probably have it and can make all the arrangements for you either prior to, or after your arrival. Electric is an additional charge. We will witness the meter reading with you on arrival and the same on yoyr last morning. You pay for what you consumed during your stay at the moment of check out. A wonderful place to experience some rest and relaxation!
There’s not much to say other than, what an amazing experience! A modern spacious condo…close to the beach, bars, restaurants and to top it off…a wonderful host! I really couldn’t ask for a better place to unwind after all day excursions; or to wake up to get the next adventure started! I will absolutely stay here again when visiting Punta Cana!

We love Playa Turquesa, again!
This was our second vacation, in the same property at Playa Turquesa and our experience again was excellent! Everything was exactly as pictured. Our property manager, Liz Borges, was so helpful- she was available from morning to night. The location is great- and we felt very comfortable going to the wonderful and reasonable restaurants almost every night. If there was one downside, the amount of seaweed on the beach - and in the water- was very annoying. But all in all we had a great vacation and we will definitely be back next year!

Beyond wonderful
Our stay exceeded our expectations. Liz greeted us with open arms to check us into our beautiful, newly renovated condo, stocked with all the gear you need to cook and relax. The large patio with the ocean breezes was ideal for coffee, meals & cocktail hour. Liz arranged our taxi both ways and he stopped so we could grab groceries and refreshments on our way. The sugar sand beaches were several mile walks with stops for souvenirs, lunches and cocktails and they tractor rake our beach so it is pristine. The staff was so attentive, happy and helpful. The beach bar had fresh squeezed juice cocktails and great food. We had the best 30 year anniversary vacation. Thank you!

Just Perfect!
This was our first trip to the Dominican Republic and our host, Liz added the special touch in being available ahead of arrival through departure. The condo’s location was perfect for beach strolls, restaurants & strolls. Enjoyed the balconies view and breeze. All needed in a home away from home was available. Amazing Vacation!
Absolutely loved the Playa Turquesa and this unit! My husband and I spent three amazing weeks. Beautiful view of the ocean and amazing breezes from the unit. Condo unit and complex is very well maintained and the people here are so friendly and helpful. This was our first condo experience and we truly enjoyed the experience. Everything you could need within walking distance- grocery store right across the street and a lot of great restaurants on or near the beach. Our host Liz was fantastic! Friendly and welcoming! Great guest book in the unit to help you navigate and she is just a quick WhatsApp away if you need anything! We look forward to returning for another great experience!

Awesome condo
This condo has great views, well stocked, all redone, very clean and the manager, Liz is great. We highly recommend it. One negative thing about the condo was the late night music from somewhere on the street. We understand they are looking into it. We talked to guests at other condos who had the same complaint. Also we were not allowed to have our friends staying at other condos in for a BBQ or a visit.

Amazing unit and view of the Ocean.
The condo was so clean and inviting. The 1 bedroom was perfect for myself an and my wife. Our host Liz was amazing providing lots of local info and advice where to eat, go etc....Condo has great WIFI, and the outside covered patio was a dream. The whole location was safe and very ice pools and grounds. Close to beach... =Full kitchen, Our first non all inclusive and it was worth it. Pool Bar everything you need with lots of food choices just outside of the gated community. we will be back. Jean & Laura

A perfect Vacation retreat
I can't say enough about how delighted we were with the accommodations of Playa Turquesa. The condo was just perfect and all that it was advertised to be . We were only a few yards away from the beach area which was maintained to a pristine level. With two pools to choose from one never had to go far to enjoy the water. The location of the condo complex was right in a nice shop and restaurant area so if you didn't want to cook your own meals you could go out. The owener of the unit (Liz) was just great in helping us enjoy our stay. She was always available to answer our questions and make suggestions for fun and adventure. We are happy to recommend Playa Turquesa as a great place to stay while in Punta Cana.

peaceful beauty
10 days of beautiful sun and sand. The condo was in excellent condition and my wife and I wanted for nothing. Even though the condo and complex was great, Liz made it all the better. My wife and I have never vacationed anywhere that we have had such great assistance and friendship than we had with Liz. From not have cell service coming in, to loosing luggage, and not speaking Spanish, the trip started rough but thanks to Liz everything worked out ok. She was a lifesaver. If we ever visit again I would not rent from anybody but Liz. Thanks a bunch

We absolutely loved this beachfront condo. It is exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations. The owner and management team provided excellent customer service. Perfect location with shops and restaurants all within a walking distance, no need for a car. Security guards were on site 24 hr a day so we felt very safe. Local buses and motorcycle taxis available if you are adventurous! This one bedroom condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need, plenty of beach towels and linens. The full kitchen was beautiful Truly a home away from home! It even had ponchos for when it rains to DVD's for entertainment. The wifi was also a great plus. We bought fresh fish (the biggest red snapper I've ever seen) from fishermen buy the sea and the fruit and veg truck came by every day! We would definitely come back and we have recommend it to friends and family. Restaurants we loved: Balacana (very flavorful), and D'Angelos (delicious pizza).

The week spent here was possibly the most relaxing week of my life. The proximity to the private beach, the local shops, and fantastic restaurants made it so easy to just kick back and relax. Liz is a wonderful host and made us feel comfortable from the first minute we arrived. The security, which was not really of concern was outstanding. The gated main entrance and guard at the beach entrance made us feel super secure on the Playa Turquesa property and when we left to explore, shop, and eat we always felt safe in the town. I'm a walker so I made the two mile trip to the nearest "supermarket" with no issues and was able to buy some groceries for the few meals we wanted to prepare and enjoy in the well equipped condo. Seaweed has become a big issue for all Caribbean resorts but it has been managed well here. There are barriers in place that keep most of the seaweed off of the beach and a clean-up crew that clears the beaches of any overnight accumulations.

Great stay at Playa Turquesa
Playa Turquesa is a great place to stay for many reasons. First of all, Liz is a GREAT manager! Promptly responds to e-mails She arranges for transportation from the airport to the condo. Alex, our taxi driver speaks great English, and is very nice person. She greets you when you arrive from the airport. She has a wonderful personality Liz introduced me to a couple from Michigan who are wonderful individuals. She reviews everything about the condo in detail with you when you arrive. She provides a wonderful one bedroom unit Free WiFi & cell phone Elevator available The beach is the best beach in Bavaro. I walked up and down the beach several times, and their beach is clean, and not crowed. Excellent security on the premises. There are multiple places to eat within walking distance from the condo. My review of the places we ate will be posted soon. EVERYONE we met was very friendly I cannot wait to return to Playa Turquesa

Better than excellent!!!
After travelling many times to Bavaro, Punta Cana, we decided to try a condo. We needed three condos for various lengths of stay for the arrival of our family celebrating my husbands 65th birthday. Everything was beyond excellent from the manager/owner Liz. From the pre emails and quick responses, to the warm welcome and constant assistance to any of our questions, and always with a smile. The condo was excellent, exactly as the photos, and spotless! I would recommend this property to family and friends anytime. We are now all converted, no more all inclusive for us, we will continue to book with Liz for many years to come. Within a two minute walk you have access to a well stocked grocery store named "BAM" , several restaurants, Cuban, steakhouse, and the best of best on this strip is the Citrus restaurant. Five minute walk you have Nam Nam restaurant and the Balicana restaurant, again excellent food, great service and reasonable in pricing. If you want a special dinner with atmosphere and great food, take a taxi to the Jellyfish restaurant, or the Kakua restaurant.

Exceeded Our Expectations!!
If you are in the Punta Cana area, do not hesitate to book your stay at this condo. It is well equipped with all your out of town needs (cooler, grill, purified water, toiletries, hair dryer, iron, etc. Liz really has everything you could possibly need. Oh yeah. Liz also provides you with a cell phone so you can reach her at anytime throughout your stay.  We bugged her quite often about restaurants and excursions she recommended. She always responded within a few minutes. Her condo was very clean, modernized, and quite comfy in size. Our favorite was the balcony. She has a personal driver name Alex who picks up all guests at the airport. What a friendly and kind fella. This also went smooth as he had a sign with our names on it upon arrival. Liz, Thank You again for such great hospitality. Folks, You cannot go wrong booking via Liz. Her condo will not disappoint.

Absolutely fantastic property, will certainly book again and recommend to our friends
This condo is the perfect place for a Punta Cana vacation, very short walking distance to a good variety of extremely good and affordable restaurants. Also the beach bar on the property is outstanding, very friendly staff. Liz the owner lives in the area and was very helpful with suggestions on things to do etc. Also Liz arranged our pick up at the airport and Freddie the tax driver took us to the large grocery store in the area on the way to the condo and for a small "wait fee" of $10 we were able to do all the shopping we needed to do for the week and not feel rushed. Because Liz lives in the area she met us at the property at our arrival which was very nice as she was able to explain how everything worked and provide suggestions so we were not left trying to figure it out ourselves. She also followed up mid week with us which was great. The condo is very well appointed we had everything we needed including a water cooler on the deck which was a nice touch. Also the gas BBQ (a Weber) was great and cleaner than our BBQ at home! We did one week at this condo then we went to an all inclusive resort for a week, not only was it cheaper staying in Liz's condo but the meals we had at the restaurants in the area were better than the meals we got at the all inclusive (and it was a high end all inclusive) We will be back and we will rent this condo again and are recommending it to our family and friends

I will say the unit is very clean and has everything you will need. The bed is comfortable. My major issues were 1: too much construction noise coming from the other units. The host of course has no control over this. Also buzzing of weed whackers for several days on end to cut the grass on the lawn (no lawnmower)! Then there is nightly fogging for mosquitos. Just a lot of noise. 2. The front desk staff is rude and has difficulty with communication. 3: the beach side restaurant bar is expensive and the wait staff unfriendly. Doesn't take much to say thank you, come again or how was everything. That was pretty much true in all of the restaurants. 4. The area across the street is a problem with hawkers- trying to sell tours, wares, and yes, even drugs. This is both annoying and scary. The small grocery store is very limited and expensive. 5. Liz is a lovely person. We had an unfortunate incident with her husband trying to get into the unit while we were there to show something to a tile worker. This was not communicated to us and when we didn't let him in he tried to push his way through the door. Very upsetting but we talked about it later and decided it was a problem with communication. I would say this is a great place for a short stay and if you don't plan on spending much time in the unit itself. Bring your earplugs.

Well situated condo in very good shape.
Well situated condo in very good shape that looks just as advertised in the pictures. On arrival, the condo was well staged and exceptionally clean throughout. The unit is very well equipped with high-end appliances and just about everything you need for your stay. Nice leather sofa with lounging section, comfortable table for 2 for dining indoors with an additional counter area for 2 guests. Small appliances such as microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and kettle all work well. The bedroom has plenty of drawer and closet space, a comfortable king bed and plenty of pillows. Having the two full bathrooms is very convenient with windows and screens. The balcony is large with 2 comfy chairs, a outdoor dinette set for 4, a nice propane barbeque grill, and a clothesline with pins. The unit is very energy efficient with ceiling fans in the bedroom, living room and dining area, LED lighting, screens on the sliding doors and windows, and a large screened door. With the doors and windows opened and protected by the screens, there was excellent flow-through ventilation. During our 10 day stay, we cooked every day, used the fans several times but never needed the air conditioning. As a result, our electricity usage was under $20 US. The location is excellent directly on a soft white sand beach with wonderful blue ocean water. Each day we would leave the condo barefoot and walk past the two condo swimming pools out to the beach. We would then walk either right or left along the beach for about 10 km (6.2 miles). A final word about our excellent host Liz. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available and accessible. She takes pride in her work and the units that she represents. She was there to greet us on arrival, for our departure, responded within minutes to our requests and even sent us helpful and informative messages about restaurants and entertainment at the condo beach club. I highly recommend this condo unit and Liz as host.

Across the street from several excellent restaurants and grocery store. The condo was immaculate with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen. The beach and pools are great. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Unpleasant host. Bedroom smells like cigarettes. Dirty floor. Forgot to add a guest on the reservation (same price) and was not allowed to after check in. CHARGES FOR ELECTRICITY USE. Denies any wrongdoing. Will not stay again

Amazing Beach Vacation
What an amazing stay we had! The condo is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The property is in a perfect location and is within walking distance to grocery stores, pharmacies, and several restaurants. We felt very safe walking around the neighborhood and the property itself is gated and has 24 hour security. Steps away from the condo, are two large swimming pools and a lovely beach with plenty of lounge chairs and Palapas for shade. There is also a restaurant and bar on the beach that serve excellent food and drinks. We cannot say enough about our host Liz ! She promtly answered all of our questions before and during our stay. Liz gave us an abundance of information and suggestions that made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable! Everything about our vacation exceeded our expectations and we look forward to our next visit!

Perfection!
My husband and I just returned from an 8-night stay at this gorgeous condo. First, it was exactly as advertised, even better actually, in reality. Exceptionally clean, very well-equipped, tastefully decorated andvery comfortable. It was clear the owners had really thought carefully about what is necessary to provide to have an enjoyable stay -- e.g. the suite even has Alexa and Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to cook 3-course meals every night, not that you would want to because there is a fabulous choice of restaurants right outside Playa Turquesa's gates, and it even has its own restaurant right on the beach. The view from the over-sized balcony to the beach is delightful. We found the outdoor seating area a real joy and enjoyed sipping cocktails there in the breeze, every night. The beach is very nice with white sand and we had no trouble finding loungers and shade. We also spent time in the pool and again, had no difficulty finding a lounger and shade. We felt safe and secure during our stay and the other guests and owners that we met onsite seemed very nice and respectful of other people's experience e.g. no excessive noise or crazy parties, or barking dogs. Overall, this condo and resort is an absolute gem. Liz sincerely wants you to be happy. She has prepared an excellent binder full of tips about local eateries, culture, etc. so you don't waste time figuring it out yourself. She even had her husband drop off a hot/cold pack for my bad back. I'd give this 6 stars if I could. Thank you Liz. We hope to return!
