Condo includes: 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, service quarters with laundry room, Air Conditioner in each room, ceiling fans in each bedroom, flat-screen TV in the living room, accommodates 6 adults comfortably in beds and dinning table. (But allowed 8 people if you don't mind sharing beds or bringing air matress). Top-quality materials and finishing. The cleaning lady included every other day!

Complex Includes 24/7 security gate and personnel, Two communal pools, kids pools, reception area, elevators, shaded pergola at the beach, pool bar (which also services the Beach area), free wi-fi internet.

No car needed, as the Condo complex is located close to all amenities. Within a 5 minute walk, you will find grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, spas, bars, restaurants, shopping, and ATM machines. Punta Cana airport is only a 20-minute drive and transportation to and from the airport can be arranged!

Important: This is a family condominium - for security reasons no parties are allowed. and guests cannot invite other extra guests into the complex or condo.

Beautiful beachfront condo!
This was our first time to the Dominican Republic and this condo was perfect for our family. The view was spectacular!! Our host was prompt and helpful and our housekeeper was amazing!! Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely, large condo with an even better view. Great neighborhood location with lots of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Loved the beach, pool, and beach bar!

Amazing Vacation!
The condo was exactly as described and pictured. The 3 bedroom & 3 baths was perfect for our small family’s getaway! We especially loved the terrace that looked out towards the beach and overlooked the pool. The unit is the perfect location on the property. Just steps from the pool and beach. We enjoyed the beach club bar and every day we walked to different restaurants. The grocery store, gift shops, even a pizza joint with gelato, was very close. The owner coordinated taxi service to and from the airport. Everyone was very nice and Ilia was very easy to reach when we had questions. We look forward to visiting again!

Nice place to stay at, close to everything you need. Steps to the beach. Beautiful view. Delicious restaurants just outside the complex. Ilia was very good at responding to anything we needed and was also open to suggestions. Safe area and lots of friendly people. We would definitely visit again.

Property was just like the pictures. Ilea was very responsive and helpful and Mary, the cleaner was great. It was a really nice bonus to have someone come and clean up the sand and tidy up the apartment every other day especially with a 10 day stay. I literally checked in and didn’t have to worry about a thing! If we come back to the DR, we would definitely rent from ilea again!

Perfection
The view and hospitality were outstanding. Ilia is amazing as is her staff. I work in the resort industry and the experience was amazing. Ilia's unit is the best on property and combines the best of home with a resort feeling. Plus Ilia truly cares about her guest.

Fantastic view!
We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. The view from the patio is amazing. The condo was clean and spacious enough for 5 adults. The grounds are well kept and the area felt very safe. We made our owns meals most of the time and made use of the local supermarket every day (5 minute walk from the condo). There are lots of restaurant options within walking for guests who don’t want to cook. The owner was always quick to respond through whatsapp whenever we had questions. We would recommend this condo without hesitation.

We love everything about our trip to beautiful Bavaro Punta Cana. Place was amazing, clean and everything was so nice. We felt like home . View from balcony priceless . Great location. Color of the ocean breathtaking . Communication with Lia absolutely perfect. Dinners at home delicious. Thank You for all your help. 5 stars no questions asked. We wish to comeback there . Amazing Condo
My husband and I spent the most relaxing vacation we have every had at this amazing condo. The pictures definitely do it justice, the deck and view was our favorite part. During our 12 day stay, Mary the housekeeper came in every other day, and kept everything spotless! The beach was everything we were hoping for, along with the grounds the condo was located on. The market was close and convenient, along with several restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!! Thanks Ilia, we really appreciated you renting us the condo, and look forward to coming back in the future.

Wonderful Stay in Punta Cana
We stayed in this condo for 10 days, and it was a home away from home. It was immaculate and all our needs were met. Lia was great to answer any questions immediately and made things easy. Mary cleaned and Pedro picked us up at the airport and took us back. The weather was just beautiful. We took some jackets but did not need them. We would definitely go back.

We absolutely loved the property. It’s exactly as shown in the pictures. Nice and close to restaurants. Perfect view of the ocean from our hugh balcony. Pool was great and weather was awesome. The maid Mary was very friendly, and when she saw my friend crocheting, she picked up the crocheting to show her that she knew how to do it too. We had a good laugh over that. We would definitely go back again. It was great!!

Great Getaway
The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the set-up of the bedrooms which each had a bathroom. The view was incredible from the deck. The Property Manager was wonderful and very attentive to our every need. The condo was located near great restaurants and a grocery store that was walking distance. The restaurant Citrus was our favorite. We also enjoyed Toc, which is a beach side restaurant right in front of our condo. There was plenty of places to lounge at the beach and shaded areas as well. We were very happy we chose a condo at Playa Turquesa.

Return visit to fabulous condo on the beach
This is our second stay at this beautifully appointed condo with to die for beach views. More than enough room for our family of 4. Each kid had her own bedroom and bathroom, the terrace is probably the best feature of this unit with a table for four to eat outside, two loungers and day bed to chill in the shade and enjoy the amazing beach view. Ilia is great to work with, market and wonderful selection of restaurants in walking distance, two pools, sun loungers, the beach is gorgeous and can walk for miles in either direction. Highly recommend this property for your next family vacation or get away with friends.

Great condo, excellent location and idyllic view
We spent a week here for our 3 children (8, 6 & 2). The condo was ideal for us. It was well equipped and clean (Mary came in 3 times during the week to clean). The location of the condo couldn't have been better - right between the pool and the beach and great views from the balcony. Having the BAM supermarket on site was convenient and lots of bars and restaurants within walkable distance for meals out. We used Manuel and his taxi for our airport pickup/drop off and he was on time and pleasant. This location was great and we felt it was a safe environment for our family.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! Is a very quiet and secure location, near the airport, shopping centers and various food places. View of the ocean is a plus. Is amazing to have breakfast with the sound of the waves! Or to chill out at sunset in your balcony with a glass of wine! Tropical paradise... Apartment is big and very comfortable, just as pictured. Everything in perfect condition, A+. We highly recommend this option to anyone looking for a relax and peaceful tropical place to stay, steps from the beach and wanting to feel like home. Perfect for families too... Communications with owner were fantastic as well as the person working to serve us during our stay.

llia, condo owner, is wonderful. Prompt responses and very detailed in her communication. Condo is beautiful! Exactly like the photo's! Balcony was my favorite. Most amazing place I’ve seen
Lia is an amazing host, she is very professional her staff is amazing and very accommodating to everything you need . She literally responds to every text or email in a timely fashion. She provided everything we needed. I would recommend staying here if your going to DR she help us with our whole vacation including transportation and covid testing. She is amazing her apartment is perfect looks exactly like the pictures very spacious clean welcoming and gives you a homely vibe. Overly I give her 1000% rating if I could. The area was amazing and the beach was phenomenal!!!

Relaxing Family Vacation.....
We were looking for a family vacation destination without the need for several hotel rooms. This condo was ideal in that it provided lots of living space to spread out including a huge and comfortable patio with awesome ocean views. Lia was very easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay and arranged transportation to and from the airport. Although we stopped at Jumbo Supermarket on the way to the condo, we could have found everything we needed at one of the two smaller markets within a short walk of the condo. There are also plenty of restaurants within a short walk of the complex and we also frequented TOC Restaurant /Bar on the property's beach. All in all a very lovely condo and vacation experience.
